Begin to match your inhale.
To your exhale.
Or matching your inhale to two steps and exhaling out to three steps.
Inhaling for two steps,
Exhaling for the next three steps.
Continue breathing in for two and exhaling out for three.

Breathing in for two and exhaling for three.
Coming back into your body now.
Can you begin to name five things you can see?
What are five things you can see?
Now that you've identified those five things,
Can you name four things that you can hear?
What are four things you can hear?
And now can you begin to name three things you can smell?
What are three things you can smell?
If you're walking.
With every step of your foot,
Can you silently plant a seed of kindness for every person.
You see.
Maybe it's a coworker.
A barista,
A stranger.
Or if you're commuting.
Can you silently plant a seed of kindness?
For every person that you see along the way.
Spend the next 30 seconds seeing if you can silently plant this seed of kindness for the next person you meet.
And finally.

Can you spend these next 3 minutes in pure silence?
Seeing if you can simply just observe.
Your breath.
Or perhaps observe the rhythm of your movement.
Spend the next three minutes in silence.
