Just begin to acknowledge this heaviness that not only you but many of us are carrying from the losses from war,
Climate,
Illness,
Just begin to acknowledge this happiness on your chest.
Letting this heaviness know that it's okay that you're here.
But I'm also here to help you move through me.
Let's help this heaviness move through you by beginning to breathe deeply into your belly in for 4 3 2 1 holding here and sighing it out for 6 5 4 3 2 1 inhaling for 4 3 2 1 holding you and sighing everything out for 6,

Now bring your awareness to your heart and begin to picture your heart as this beautiful luminous bright white light.
With each exhale.
You send a ripple of compassion outward.
To your street,
To your city.
Your country.
And maybe even to the entire world.
Inhaling in light.
Exhaling out compassion.
Inhaling in love.
And exhaling out peace.
Begin to do this on your own for the next minute.
With this beautiful compassion.
That you are sending out.
To your street,
Your city,
Your country or even maybe the entire world.
Know that someone out there is also sending that.

Feel yourself held.

Of shared goodness.
