Meditation Timer OnlineAlice Rubert is a Northern Michigan native and certified Chopra Meditation Instructor and trauma-informed Revelation Breathwork facilitator. After more than a decade in the real estate industry, Alice experienced burnout from years of prioritizing others while neglecting her own nervous system and well-being. The global pause of the COVID-19 pandemic became a turning point—inviting deep self-reflection, reconnection, and a return to her inner wisdom. Through meditation and breathwork, Alice found greater balance, reduced anxiety, and a profound sense of grounding and wholeness. This personal transformation led her to her life’s purpose: guiding others back home to themselves through accessible, heart-centered meditation and somatic breathwork practices. Her work blends mindfulness, self-awareness, and nervous-system support to help release stagnant or stored energy held in the body, creating space for clarity, calm, and connection. Alice believes healing unfolds gently when we feel safe, supported, and present. When she’s not guiding meditation or breathwork, Alice enjoys exploring nature with her husband, traveling, and spending meaningful time with friends and family.
