You have arrived.
Welcome to this time and space for yourself.
In a world that tells us we need to do more,
Be more,
Achieve more,
Have more,
It is always more.
But what about all of the things we have already received?
Have you given time and thanks to really sit with those things and appreciate them?
Because if we can't appreciate what we have,
Then how can we appreciate more?
So let's start with this moment.
Are you grateful and proud of yourself for arriving here for this meditation today?
Is it hard to carve out this space?
Or is this something you prioritize for yourself often?
Give yourself thanks.
This is a success.
If you are listening to this meditation at the end of the day,
What have you succeeded already today?
And if you are joining this meditation in the morning,
What did you succeed yesterday?
Really feel the feeling of gratitude and thanks for what you have already succeeded.
How about this past week?
What is something you have succeeded for yourself?
And how about this past month?
What have you succeeded for yourself for that amount of time?
We are always succeeding and collecting new milestones and transitions.
How often are we holding space for what we have already accomplished and what we already have?
What about this past year?
What are some things you have accomplished during this amount of time?
And what about the past few years?
How are you a different person sitting here at this meditation today?

How are you feeling since you first started this meditation and now?
Do you feel more at peace with what you have already done?
What you have already accomplished?
It is important to have goals and changing and evolving is a part of our existence.
If anything,
The more we change and evolve to reach our highest and best self is the goal of this lifelong journey.
We are sent here with a mission to accomplish certain things and become certain versions of ourselves that we are meant to be.
In your lifetime,
You have done so many good things.
You have helped so many people and you have showed up in so many ways.
Make sure you take the time to tell yourself,
Thank you,
I love you,
You are enough,
You do enough,
And you deserve happiness and peace.
You are a human being,
Not a human doing,
And you deserve to celebrate yourself.
