Her participation in various support groups, working in the mental health industry, and through a variety of resources from her own personal growth journey has given her the experience she needs to help you on your path. Meditation has improved her life by teaching her how to be more present with her thoughts, emotions, and with other individuals. As a result of her own meditative practice, she was able to utilize the tools of slowing down and self-regulating through chaotic situations working with vulnerable populations.
