Hello,

Hello!

It is Wednesday,

October 1st.

It is good to be back.

As we look at the month ahead,

I'm really excited for some of the astrology that's going to be coming into play with us.

So,

We're going to tune in together today.

We will meditate and then talk and see what wants to flow through.

The music that I have picked out for today is intended to be deep.

It's meaning deep into your subconscious,

So you can go as far into it as you would like.

So,

If you have time to put that right now on another device so that you can play the music and then also listen to me.

I will be playing it here,

But sometimes it's nice to have the extra volume at home.

So,

The music is,

We're going to start with a beauty,

And it's by Entheo Living Wisdom,

And it'll just play in the background while I'm guiding the meditation.

I don't think you'll be able to hear it,

But it's adding this.

Alright,

If you're able to put the music on,

I'm going to turn it up here,

And we're just going to drop right into our meditation time.

So,

Go ahead,

Close your eyes.

Feet firmly on the floor.

It may feel like the world is rumbling.

There's earthquakes energetically underneath our feet,

And so planting our feet in one place may feel a little uncertain.

So,

What if for the 20 minutes that we're going to meditate,

You just make a choice to bring all of your power,

All of your attention into this moment.

You're going to pause for 20 minutes.

All the external activity and thinking and running and worrying and all of that,

Just put it to the side,

Outside of your physical body,

And just let it rest.

I guarantee it will be there to pick up when you're done if you want to.

But what would it look like if you could relax your body and settle all the way into this moment of time?

You chose to be here.

You knew that it would be an invitation to listen more deeply inside of yourself,

In a community space where we amplify the power of that by doing it together.

So,

Feet firmly planted.

Here you are.

You chose this room,

This house or building,

This insight time or space,

This community of people.

Me as your guide,

Here you are.

Call all of you home into you.

Unraveling from the people that you normally are tracking or supporting,

From the world stage agenda politics,

Just unwind from all of that and bring your power all the way into your body.

Inviting your power to go all the way down through your body to your feet,

So you can fill yourself up,

Fill your body up with you.

It may feel a little unusual or intense or quieter than you're expecting.

When we call our power into ourselves,

There's actually a world of activity happening inside of our body,

Inside of our consciousness.

When we connect our feet to the planet,

We tap into a world of creativity,

Of energy moving in the vortex that is earth underneath our feet.

As loud as it may feel outside of you,

Bring all of your attention inside.

So that you can start to discern what's happening in here.

Relaxing your muscles.

If you notice right away there's a heaviness or grief or sadness or anger and it still feels connected to that collective conversation.

Perhaps you're an empath,

You move energy for other people or for the world in general.

What if you can detox in this moment through your feet and simply choose to let anything that isn't yours just move out your feet and into the earth.

You don't have to know what it is,

Where it came from,

Why it's there,

Just what if you release it.

Dumping any energetic waste out of your body into the earth and the earth just receives that energy and redistributes it.

It's just a power supply.

The energy moving through soil and layers of lava and heat and crystal core.

You don't have to know where it goes,

What if you just choose to let it move out of your body.

Use your breath.

And then consciously relax your muscles.

Allow your body to flop a little bit,

Unwind.

Maybe you even lean back more firmly into the seat or the place where you've chosen to meditate.

Feel the support at your back and call more of you here home into you.

Your consciousness filling up your body all the way down through to your feet.

And anything that's ready to go just leaves your feet and dissolves down into the earth.

You relax your muscles and lean even further back into the support behind you.

And then pause for a moment.

Just be in your body in this quieter space than when you arrived.

Unwind your muscles.

What if you bring all of your attention to your feet and amplify your ability to listen to the earth.

Not in a forcing it to happen way,

But in a gentle,

I'm here,

I am paying attention.

Without the stories that we've been told or the beliefs we thought we had to have about the earth.

What if you've just arrived here in your body,

Feet planted in this moment,

And your feet can start to listen to the energy,

The pulse of what the earth is experiencing.

The larger expression of earth,

The consciousness,

Gaia,

The little blue planet floating through space,

Whatever words you want to give.

What would your feet understand or know about Gaia in this moment that you're listening?

Relax your muscles.

What does the earth want you to know today?

And how does your body receive that?

If it's an energy or a color,

Maybe one word or one emotion,

How does your body receive that information?

And if you were to follow the flow,

The current of energy from the earth up into you,

We're so good at releasing,

Detoxing into the earth.

And then sometimes we forget to receive.

So if you were to allow the earth to nourish you or support you to send a clear message or a clear energetic through your feet up into your body,

What would that feel like or look like inside of you?

You may have to use your breath to integrate that gift of support into all of your cells of your body.

It might feel like a tingle or a warmth moving through.

How much can you receive into your body?

And what if that current of energy was to overflow,

Fill you up to overflow out of you into the space around you?

How would your body feel to be held in this frequency,

This vibration by Gaia?

I immediately think of the womb and the amniotic fluid that holds the baby safe through the pregnancy.

What if Gaia earth can nourish you in this moment with the same depth and intensity of love that a pregnant mother does with a child that she's so desperately wanted to have and to hold?

What if you allow your body to be fully nourished and held by the consciousness of the planet but in a more individual way right now?

What if in the holding in this way you start to calibrate to the idea that maybe everything is exactly as it's meant to be right now?

It may not be what our minds or egos think it should be.

What if this moment is perfect?

What if you and your humanness are also absolutely perfect?

No flaws.

No gunk that you're dragging around with you.

Relax your muscles.

What if you're messy and tired and emotional and also absolutely perfect?

What would shift in your body if you told every cell inside of your human form that you are in perfect alignment,

Perfect harmony?

Relax your muscles again.

And stretch out your energy field,

Your space,

The you that sits inside of the human body.

Expand yourself a little wider.

Take up more room than perhaps you did when you started the meditation.

Relaxing your muscles and allowing yourself to just be bigger,

Be more.

Not of anyone else,

Just of you.

How does it feel to be this calm and centered and present and more of you than you perhaps have been in a while?

Notice how easy it feels.

It's not a forcing anything to happen.

It's absolute presence inside of yourself and then everything is just in alignment.

The thoughts are not even obtrusive.

They just randomly come in and move out.

There's moments of silence and awareness.

There's space for you to breathe,

To be inside of you within community space,

But not having to do anything for anyone else right now.

Simply experiencing your energy connected to the earth,

Your breath alive inside of your human body.

What if your soul was to breathe more deeply into the space inside of you and stretch it,

Whisper inside of it in a new way?

Use your breath to expand inside of you.

If your feet could hear what the earth wanted to say to you,

What if your body could hear what your soul wants to whisper right now?

Sometimes the soul is very funny.

We think it's going to be a big download,

Master plan,

Vision,

With all the action steps in place.

And sometimes the soul just comes into the space and whispers,

Testing,

Testing.

Can you hear me?

Just like when we pick up a phone for the first time and try to call somebody.

What would it feel like inside of your body if you believed what your soul whispers to you?

Nobody else needs to validate it.

You don't even need to share it.

What if you believe what your soul shows you?

When you're deep in meditation space like this,

You may feel that in your heart.

A stronger pulse,

A deeper beat.

Maybe anticipation is making your heartbeat even faster.

You may feel warmth moving through your heart or going down or up your spine.

When the soul speaks inside of our body,

We have physical ripples or manifestations of the energy.

So notice what is shifting inside of your body.

It's how your soul is communicating or validating what you're sensing inside.

What I notice is the pace of the music is increasing the anticipation inside of my body.

I feel like we're in a new moment and we're moving towards something very beautiful,

Perhaps very unknown.

But that magnetic rhythm or pulse is compelling.

It brings us forward.

We want to take the next step to find out what the next step after that will be.

What if you allowed yourself to trust the way your soul is playing and expressing within you?

And your mind simply observes and takes notes,

Writes a little list of the things you want to make sure you remember about what you see in your meditation time.

Your soul is steady,

Certain,

Unwavering.

So much bigger than what we allow ourselves to believe.

So expansive in the energy of trying,

Doing,

Not waiting,

Not doubting,

Not hiding or pulling back.

The soul stretches bigger,

Wider,

Grander than our human believes possible.

So here you are with your feet firmly planted on the ground in a community space that you know nourishes and supports you.

And your soul can start to show you one little next step.

Maybe 100 big steps,

Whatever it is for you.

It's perfect.

So you relax your muscles.

You feel your feet,

Maybe even wiggle your toes a little bit.

Allow yourself to really feel you're here.

You're here.

You belong here.

You chose to be here.

In this community space,

On this planet,

In this body,

Like you chose all of this.

And I don't believe the soul brings us here just for suffering.

So even if it's challenging right now,

There's something shifting.

There's something compelling that is calling us into a bigger,

New version of ourselves.

Allow your heart to trust what you are sensing,

Feeling.

And then breathe that knowing all the way down through your body to your feet.

Any doubt,

Just release it into the earth,

Hand it over.

And then you relax your muscles.

You lean back,

Almost as if you've been watching this really fascinating show on TV.

But it's you.

It's your show.

It's your movie.

You're the main character.

You're the one.

So allow your heart to hold this truth,

This vision,

This information that's coming through.

Relaxing your muscles and slowly allowing yourself to come back into full awareness.

So you can wiggle around a little bit.

You can look at the video camera if you're like,

Where am I?

What's happening?

Hi,

You're here.

You're here with your friends,

Your people.

Yeah.

Aww.

So good.

Take your time coming back.

Allow yourself to wiggle your fingers,

Your feet so that you can land all the way back in this moment.

Maybe pick up a glass of water if you have some and have a big drink as you come back into full awareness.

How is everybody doing?

And is there anything you would like to share from what your soul wants you to see?

I would tell you my soul is like,

Chill out,

Chill out.

Yeah,

I just put together a little reel that I'll be putting up later about the astrology of October and it does feel a lot easier than what we've had.

So I need to say that up front.

I feel like we've all been dragged through 2025 and October,

I feel is going to give us a little rest space.

November,

There's going to be some movement again in a good way,

In a clearing energetically way,

Which I think so much of 2025 is about shed,

Shed,

More shedding,

More shedding.

And then we're going to be ready for 2026.

And the astrologers I follow say 2027 is even more like magically dynamic,

Life-changing transmutation,

Transformation,

Expansion.

So if 2025 has been the shedding,

2026 is like preparation.

2027,

Watch out.

I don't,

I don't even know where we're going,

But it feels really good.

And meditations like this really help me see and hold steady.
