Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.
My name is Vivian Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the new moon in Pisces.
Let's go ahead and close our eyes.
As we settle into this meditation time it feels important to name that there are quite a few planets that are in Pisces all at the same moment.
So the emotional intensity of this time may feel amplified.
What I guide us in the space through is releasing the intensity,
Moving the energy,
And I use breath and yawning as tools to do that.
So when you hear me breathe and yawn it's an invitation for you to match that collective releasing in yourself.
All right,
Eyes closed.
Allow yourself to come fully into this moment,
This body,
Here on this planet.
As wild and crazy as the collective experience may seem to be,
There is always a quiet space inside where we can re-center,
Re-orient ourselves even in a tumultuous collective frequency.
And we do that by coming into the body,
Meaning we call our energy,
Our attention,
Our consciousness,
Our soul,
All of our presence into the human form.
So down into your body.
You may feel this pull or tug down in the core of your body,
Perhaps at your sit bones or down in your legs.
Allow your awareness to follow the energy flow from your head down through your body.
And as you do that,
Invite more of you to become present here.
I often feel it as a heaviness in what I would call my gut,
My stomach,
My digestive system.
It's like my consciousness lands and fills up more of my body cavity.
My voice usually becomes a little lower.
I can feel the tug underneath of everything in my system pulling me down here into this body.
You can match what I'm doing in your own experience.
And then invite more of you to be here.
When you think you're present,
There's another layer of you that can unravel from the people that you support,
The collective conversations,
The assignments,
Tasks that need to be done.
You can unwind from that and pull your attention down into your body in this moment.
As you feel your attention coming deeper into you,
Relax your muscles.
Allow it to be an easy landing.
Here you are,
Choosing to be still.
There is some reason that your soul wanted you to pause the activity and bring all of your focus to the inner landscape.
So we relax,
We allow ourselves to land,
Feeling how this beautiful body that we chose is filled with wisdom,
Information.
And when we are in our own space,
We can start to listen to what the body wants us to know now.
So it might just be quieter inside of you.
You might find that your attention is being pulled to one area of your body.
If so,
Trust that.
Follow where your body wants you to go and be curious.
Why here?
What is happening in this specific area of my body that needs my attention right now?
And can you relax into that place?
As you do that,
Allow any tightness,
Any heaviness to release and make its way down through your body to your feet.
And then you can choose,
Do you keep it in your body or is that an energy that is ready to be released?
If so,
You just simply see that energy leaving your feet and going down into the earth,
Handing it over.
In our minds,
We think that we're supposed to manage our energy,
Keep our energy.
I feel like there's constantly a partnership with our planet.
I see her receiving waste,
Toxic energy from our human bodies and recycling that,
Purifying that all the way down in the core of the planet.
And so our choice to release what isn't serving us any longer actually provides more energy for the rejuvenation of the planet.
So your waste,
Your doubt,
Your fears,
Your toxic belief systems that somehow we think we're supposed to carry and continue,
When we hand them over they become fuel energy for trees to grow taller and flowers to start to come up in the spring.
We are such an integral,
Integral part of the whole ecosystem in our planet and we forget that sometimes.
So in this moment,
As you tap in,
What is ready to be released from you to the earth?
You can see it as a gift.
You hand waste energy over to the earth through your feet and she says thank you and directs that energy to where it is most needed.
So scan your body,
Is there another area that needs your attention inside?
As you notice the space that is calling you,
You can breathe into that area of your body and allow what is ready to go to simply go all the way down through your legs to your feet and into the earth.
And notice as you clean the inside of your body how your mind and your body are now working together.
There's a focus,
The mind is aligning with the visualization and following where the body is calling it.
And then the mind has a process,
A sequence of steps to follow that supports the body.
We breathe into the body,
We clear what is ready to go,
We send it down to our feet and we hand that over to the earth.
Each time you have this inner harmony of mind and body,
Notice how much quieter it becomes inside of you,
Perhaps in your external environment.
You might notice that your ears buzz or there's a tingling sound that you can feel or sense in your ears when we are more present in our bodies and we clear the resistance,
The doubt,
The fear.
Our frequency shifts and often we hear that in our ears as a pulsing or a vibration.
If we've been ignoring it for a while it may be very uncomfortable,
It may feel very loud.
So perhaps be curious even about what's happening in your ears.
If it is a frequency that is shifting,
Why would that be happening right now?
What frequency do you feel you are shifting towards or into?
If you were to see energy frequency,
Would you see it as shapes or beings or loved ones,
Angels,
Guides,
Source,
God?
There's so many different expressions of frequency,
Consciousness.
Allow your mind to open up the imagination,
The sensory experience in a visual way.
I like to call this magic.
Open up to the magic that sits within you,
That perhaps plays as frequency sound in your reality.
If I were to guess,
I would probably say that the magic is why your soul brought you to this meditation.
In the density of our current collective reality on earth,
Magic can feel elusive.
It's out of reach for us,
Maybe someone else can experience magic or feel it or play in it,
But that's not for me.
I don't know how to access magic.
So I believe our souls chose to gather in this meditation space and remind us that we are magic in the cells of our structure,
Our humanness,
In the light that plays and dances through and within and around us.
The energy,
The consciousness that chose to be a soul in a human body is magic.
So you release any doubt,
Any fear,
Any resistance that may be coming up all the way down through your legs to your feet and just hand that over to the earth.
And then relax your muscles and be curious again if it's true that we are each all magic,
Infinite souls in human forms here on this planet.
And why in this moment would a message,
A reminder about magic be important?
My cat is sitting on my lap,
My black cat,
And she's purring right where the phone is with the speaker.
So she's bringing you her magic,
Her sound.
She's pouring frequency into this meditation with us.
It's so beautiful.
Why would your soul bring you to a meditation about magic with a black cat that's going to purr more magic into your ears?
Perhaps some part of your mind has resisted your magic or blocked it or had you doubt that you are magic.
Perhaps your soul knows,
Knew,
Was fully aware that the astrology of this moment is so conducive for magic that a new moon in Pisces with all of these other planets layered,
Piled up,
As an astrologer says,
Piled up in Pisces amplifies our magic,
Expands our ability to tap into our magic.
Perhaps your body is already feeling the coming shifts,
The movement of the outer planets opening up a whole new zodiac cycle with a specific combination that is so much about empowerment,
Owning your unique gifts and qualities and magic.
Why?
Because humanity desperately needs our magic,
Our gifts,
Our light,
Our trust,
Our belief that there is more than what we are currently seeing in the 3D structures.
Our trust that magic is real,
Magic is a quality of being alive,
Being energy that somehow took on physical form but at its core is energy,
Light,
Frequency,
Play,
Creativity.
We are infinite beings of light,
Awareness,
Consciousness,
Infinite.
And we simply choose to dabble in the human 3D realm in order to express our magic in different ways,
To play with the constructs of time and space and matter,
To see what our magic can form,
Do,
Alter in the 3D structure.
This moment in time is a reminder,
A preparation for a grander expression of our magic as my throat clears.
We are being guided to trust how we choose to express that.
So match any clearing in the throat chakra that is moving through me.
There is something in you that also is wanting to be able to share,
Express,
Say out loud,
This magic that percolates inside of us.
And when we see one trusting that,
Allowing that,
Letting the expression flow through,
Enjoying,
Delighting in the process of sharing our magic,
It inspires the others around us.
It inspires us to do the same.
I believe 2025 is offering us a transformative shift in consciousness,
A remembering and claiming of our magic,
Opening up this wider collective pathway for more magic everywhere,
Whatever your definition of magic is.
So perhaps the place to begin is to define what is magic for you.
When I say magic,
How do you feel?
Where do you feel it stirring inside of your body?
If you were to breathe into your own magic inside,
Like breathing on a little spark,
A little flame,
What happens to your magic?
If it feels like it blows out,
It's just an illusion.
You can spark it immediately right back.
It's an old story that we've been told that we can lose our magic,
And that's just not true.
Your magic is inherently yours.
It's with you in the moment you choose to be a soul,
Entering the energy field of earth.
It's you as you are forming a baby body in the womb of a mother.
It's you and yours as you take your first breath and all the way through until you complete your last breath.
Your magic is never snuffed out,
Put out.
You might get dim.
You might need reminders like this to breathe into it and allow it to fan and become a little bigger.
My cat is whipping her tail around my legs.
She's stirring it up for us.
Bring your energy,
Your power all the way down into your body,
Through your body,
Your legs,
Down to your feet,
All the way down to the bottom of you connected to this planet.
Fill yourself up with your magic,
With your energy,
Your consciousness,
Your awareness,
Your power.
You created yourself.
You have magic beyond measure.
Your magic guided you into taking that first breath and it has compelled you,
Propelled you through your life ever since.
Tap into that.
It's in you.
It is you.
Relaxing the muscles of your body.
Allow your magic to expand inside of you without limiting it perhaps.
Just play.
Let it move.
Let it tickle and dance through the cells of your body.
Relax your muscles.
And then open your shoulders a little bit wider and allow your heart chakra to expand.
You can be magic and play and love and be loved all at the same time.
And perhaps part of your story was to believe that you couldn't do all of that.
You couldn't hold that much in you or express that much through you.
That old story is coming up to be contemplated and when you feel ready to be let go because it simply isn't true.
Your capacity is infinite because your magic,
Your light,
Your consciousness is infinite.
So you breathe.
You relax your muscles.
You trust your timing.
This meditation is here for you to come back to as often as you need the reminder.
As often as you want to sit in a community space and tap into your magic and strengthen and steady yourself.
It waits here for you.

Magic is real.
Magic is so real.
As you feel ready and keeping all of your power,
Your magic in you.
Go ahead and slowly open your eyes and allow yourself to take in the space around you.
Gently without rushing.
Perhaps focusing on one thing in front of you.
So I'm looking at this sweet black cat that is all curled up on my lap sitting on top of the crystals.
Purring.
Moving around.
Match your energy.
So stretch out.
Tap your feet.
Wiggle your toes.
Allow yourself to come fully back into this present moment.
As you do that give your brain,
Your mind,
Your body the message that what we see and experience internally in our meditation space is just as real.
Just as true as what we see when we open our eyes.
And this time on our planet is so much about merging both.
Remembering both.
Integrating what happens inside with our external.
When we come from the internal first and allow it to move out into the external,
We begin to change our reality.
Instead of taking the known from the external and trying to bring it into our internal and make it match.
It doesn't.
It's the infinite from inside creating the finite reality outside.
