It's funny how I came to choose this meditation today. I thought of you, it's been a while, checked when the next live is and felt called to scroll down your meditation list. I landed on this one, and of course it was exactly what was right for this moment. Isn't that so fascinating every time? ^^
Before I clicked Play I noticed that date, so during the meditation I naturally contemplated on both where I was at that time, what was going on in my life a bit over a year ago -vs. where I am now, and also what took place earlier today.
