As we wrap up April,
It has been,

It has been a time of a lot of shifts astrologically and they have been accumulating,
I mean from the beginning of time,
But they've been accumulating in this condensed time period of a year and a half that started November of 2024.
And so as each of the outer planets have sort of been shifting into a new sign and then retrograding and then coming,
There's been a lot of I'm using my hands,
But there's a lot of this sort of stretching and coming back,
Trying something and regrouping,
Evaluating,
Feeling something and then protecting and coming back into our heart to make sure we're okay.
And so it's really felt.
Like this.
The image I have is like a jellyfish going through the water,
How it sort of expands and contracts,
And it's making progress,
But it's in this sort of breathing,
Big kind of way.
And I feel that for us from last November until this weekend.
And why this weekend is so significant is because all five of the outer planets have changed signs within this condensed year and a half time period.
This is the last one that's clicking into that new sign,
Into that new octave.
It's like a giant puzzle and all the pieces have been taken out,
Put back in,
Taken out,
Put back in,
And then there's that one piece that's now going to be put in that's going to activate something for us.
It doesn't mean the astrology stops and that these planets will be in these signs forever.
That's not what I'm saying.
It's that this specific combination lock that we've been immersing in for a year and a half is now opening something like on a safe,
You know,
Where You hear the clicks and then you hear the safe unlock.
There's going to be more shifts.
There will be this continuing cycle of energy with the planets.
But in this moment,
Right now,
There's a peace that is coming into gear for us.
And so we're going to.

We're going to tune into the energy and then we'll kind of weave in how is it impacting you and then how do we stay in our greatest alignment,

From a place of heart-centered,

And those are two very different ways to navigate through change.

It's about leading ourselves through change.
But I think you'll find all the things that I do are about leading ourselves through change.

There's something about calibrating into the frequency,

I think one of the best words I could offer all of us,
And it's what I'm experiencing,
Is the word duality.
Duality you're able to hold,
Or paradox,
You're able to hold both and at the same time that we have duality we also have capacity.
You can hold both,
And you can also stretch how much you can hold.
And to be able to allow ourselves the full range of what we're holding.
So for example.
And I'll share because you've shared it,

Grief to me is this deep,
It can feel like a deep,
Dark hole.
It's like we could drown in the emotions that we can't talk to the person anymore.
We can't communicate.
Say anything else.
It's like,
So it's just this endless space that can feel like we could drown in it because there's no way to change it.
You can't bring the person back.
And so grief is this deep To me,
It's like a mastery lesson in love.
Because we wouldn't grieve if we didn't love the person,
If we didn't absolutely care for them so much that when they're not there we miss them.
So grief can feel like But at the same time,
We might be having the most beautiful downloads we've ever had in our meditations.
We might be seeing the potential of the future grid forming in our minds.
We might have nature just take our breath away with the magic of sunlight and water and Someone may say something that just,
Our heart does this.
Can we hold?
Both extremes,
Both edges of that continuum.
And the answer is yes.
It's how are we stretching our ability.
To be able to hold more.
Yeah,
Robert,
And you know,
I know your capacity and so I can just imagine your capacity has just increased exponentially.
And so the grief ultimately becomes a catalyst,
It becomes an alchemizer.
But you have to be in it.
To experience it too.
Receive the depth and the wisdom and the understanding and the compassion and the forgiveness and the acceptance.
And it's like it takes you through all of these emotions.
That's a beautiful word,
A symphony.
It's like you become the conductor of the symphony and it ripples into everything,
Everything else in your life,
Everything.
So suddenly your capacity is like this and it was grief that was the alchemy that allowed all of that to expand.
It's beautiful,
But when we're in it,
It's hard to pull ourselves out or to be able to remember perhaps that this larger process is underway.

What would I share?
I think I want to just quickly summarize the layers of the planets just to bring this into uh,
Like a time capsule summary of what we've been moving through in the past year and a half and just name something so that.
Your mind can go.
Okay maybe I need to look at that one element a little bit more as we bring this into this next piece or yeah that part I feel complete with that now I have done that part of the work and something in you will just go and it'll feel calm it's it's like an integration of what we have been living but I'm going to give it to you through the lens of the astrology high level I'm not an astrologer so this is high level pieces that your mind will be able to go Okay,

Last year,
Or two years ago,
November 2024,
November 20th,
2024,
Pluto moved into Aquarius.
So Pluto is this planet that is the underlying current of all the things that we experience as a humanity.
Pluto's the furthest out on the planets in the lineup of how we understand the solar system.
So if you imagine From the edges of the universe,
Pluto.
Is going to be the edges of the construct of the reality as we know it.
So Pluto is the planet of transformation,
Of death and rebirth,
Of transformation of truth and integrity.
So where we are not in alignment or in integrity,
Pluto is going to go Have you looked at this?
Do you understand this?
Let's bring it down and rebuild it from a place of alignment.
Pluto moves signs every 20 years,
15 to 20 years,
And it has a 250-year cycle.
So when Pluto moved into Aquarius in 2024,
At the end of the year,
It was the first time it had done that in 250 years,
And that was when the United States was actually formed.
So a lot of the astrologers were saying,
Be aware that the United States is going through a Pluto return,
Which means We reevaluate the structure upon which our country was built.
So we look at the constitution,
We look at the Declaration of Independence,
We look at the way all of our governmental systems work.
In theory,
In our minds,
We're like,
Oh yeah,
Okay,
We got that,
We can do that.
Well,
We've been living it.
Even living it.
And so all of the players in the political structures are playing their part to activate in human consciousness what we need to look at so that we can evaluate,
Are we in integrity still?
Do the systems and structures that we built our country on still function the way that we intended?
Do we need to rebuild them?
How do we rebuild them?
There are so many beautiful writers who are creating essays,
Some of them daily,
Some of them weekly.
Comparing the current things that are happening with the way,
The intention with which our systems were built.
So they'll say,
This is what's happening.
Here's what the constitution says.
This is what's happening.
And this goes against all of these structures that were put in place originally for this reason.
So we're getting a live.
Case study.
Of what's happening in the United States.
Because we are one humanity,
One world,
It's rippling into every other country.
All the other countries have their own things too.
And so Pluto's bringing it up everywhere,
Not just in the United States.
We're just sort of emphasized because that's when we founded this country.
As all of these.
Things are being looked at collectively,
We also have our individual experience of it.
So whatever Aquarius is in your chart is going to activate that part of your chart.
I have Aquarius Sun,
Aquarius Moon,
Aquarius North node,
Which means Everything I'm about is pretty much about Aquarius.
And so Pluto is dancing across all of it and redesigning who I am.
In the moment.
As soon as I adjust,
Something else will shift and I'm like,
Oh my god,
More.
It's this journey of soul level transformation that I'm living real time that so many people are living real time.
That's the underlying current.
When Pluto first moves into that sign,
It is going to be a bit like this.
As we get used to the new energy,
And then we do the work for the next 17,
18 years.
So what we're settling into now is that doing the work.
We had the choo-choo-choo.
Paris,
You're feeling it.
Oh my God.
You're so feeling it.
But how magical.
How magical that we get to have this.
Opportunity to understand ourselves,
To discover new aspects of ourselves.
And redefine who we are here to be.
I mean,
What an incredible experience.
To also put all of us in our power.
Because I'm big on that here.
I believe every soul chooses the exact moment we take our first breath in a human body,
Which means each of us activates our unique blueprint,
Our unique birth chart.
It's not our mother,
It's not the doctor,
It's the soul choosing to breathe in the human body and create life.
Which means the blueprint we chose is so precise because we chose it.
Because every single element of the birth chart is going to give us exactly the tools,
The structures,
The resources that we need to live the life we came here to live.
To have the lessons,
The karma,
The experiences that we most wanted to have in this one lifetime.
We also,
I believe,
All souls alive in human bodies right now,
Chose to be together at this time on our planet because we would have this Exact year and a half.
Turning of the wheel.
This transmutation,
Transformation,
Collectively.
That nobody could ignore.
Nobody could duck out of it.
If you're alive,
You're going through it.
And I think 2020 was preparing us for this period of time that we've been in.
Pluto in Aquarius.
This 20-year journey is sort of the foundation underneath all of it.
Then what did we have on top of that?
I wrote them all down because I didn't want to forget.
The next one is Neptune,
Right?
Yeah,
Neptune is the longest one.
Neptune is a 165-year cycle.
So what happened from that November date until now is each of the planets were stacked in how they would move into a new sign.
But they retrograde back into the old sign for a little period of time.
So it was like we have this.
And this and then another overlapping planet would do this.
And then this.
And so they just kept going for a year and a half.
That's what we've been moving through.
And I hope your nervous system can feel like we're almost done with that now,
That period of time experience.
Now we're going to integrate it.
Now we're going to take all this wisdom.
We're going to apply it.
We're going to learn from it.
That's the period of time we're moving into.

What was Neptune in Pisces,

Neptune moved into Aries in March of this past year.
So Neptune is.
Like our fantasies,
Our dreams,
The things we wish we could have.
Crazy wild idea,

And there's a bit of a rub.
So the word I like to use for this in Neptunaries is reality check.
We have these great ideas.
Are we actually ever going to apply that energy,
Do that thing?
Because the fantasy isn't working anymore.

It's like all this Aries energy we're in right now is saying you got to touch it.
You got to feel it.
You got to do it.

There isn't time to just daydream about it.
What are you doing about it?

So we had parts of it accumulating over 2025.
And then this year,

Neptune is the idea,

The building of it,
The logistics of it,

How do we actually bring that into our work life?

Maybe feels really heavy.

Just that phrase,

It's like,

It's not actually going to work.

Saturn return with all of the Aries energy Paris you're getting nailed But also what an opportunity and what a moment to go.
Let's actually do it this time Let's align it and make it happen this time.
When Neptune and Saturn come together at zero degrees Aries,
A lot of the astrologers describe it as an ignition point.
It's like taking the match to the box and going boom!
And actually starting the energy,
Igniting.
Zero degrees Aries is.

Aries is the first sign in the zodiac cycle,
So it starts,
It initiates new things,
New patterns,
New turns around the wheel.
But when you have both Neptune and Saturn at that zero degrees at the same moment,
It's a spark.

You've missed the boat.
It's a collective humanity shift.
So something has sparked for humanity in a new way.
And then we each have our own timing and way that we align with that.

You can spark that whenever you choose to do that.

I'm gonna tap back into the energy of that time and I'm ready now.
I'm going to light myself up with whatever it is that I want to do.

The words alone as expressed may not have full meaning from John,
But one can feel the emotion in the heart of shared recognition of the experiences.

I've been talking a lot about heart coherence as sort of the base or the way that leaders are going to be leading moving forward,
It's not going to be power driven,
It's going to be heart centered.
And that when we learn to trust our heart space and speak from that and lead from that,
The heart coherence is what brings our communities together.
It's what has us gather because we feel each other.
So I'm gonna jump for one second to AI and then I'll come back to the astrology.
AI does not have heart coherence,
And I don't know that it ever can or will be able to.
Even for those who love AI enough to think it could create an actual sort of person,

Like I've seen where people are hiring employees as AI employees.
It still doesn't have a heart.
The heart is the.

Unique qualification that makes us human.
This is Viv's opinion of the structure of reality.
When a soul chooses to be in a human body and take a breath,
We activate the heart space.
And from the moment that we start breathing until the moment that we take our last breath,
That heart is feeling the human experience,
Storing memories and moments and emotions and all of it.
That's our capacity that I was describing at the beginning.
It's from our heart living life.
And that can't be replaced or created,
I don't believe,
By AI.
And so as we tap into this future where I think a lot of people are saying,
Ah,
He's going to run the world.
I don't believe that.
AI can take us to certain places,
But it can't replace the human experience.
And so anytime your head gets caught up in that,
Bring yourself back to your own heart space because your ability to feel your heart and to stay in heart coherence and community gatherings and conversations and relationships,
That's what's keeping you human and alive and participating.
Extra on that.
Don't pull back.
AI,
I think,
Could make it easier to isolate.
Lean in,
Open your heart,
Trust.
Trust spaces more if you get hurt.
Celebrate if you can because hurt means you're still feeling,
Hurt means you're still human,
Hurt means you're still allowing yourself the experience of emotion.

Don't stop that or slow that down.
One of the astrologers,
Or one of the tarot readers I follow,
He always says,
Double down.
Double down on what's working.
Right now it's a time to double down on being human.
To be more human,
To be more engaged with humans,
Not to pull back and withdraw.

Some retrograding that happened,
Which you probably felt,
But they now both are full forward in Aries.
So what that means is our ideas,
Our creativity,
The dreams we've had that we wanted to bring into the world,

Which is how we build it,
How we present it,
How we offer it,
How we get paid for it.
Those two have come together and are moving forward in the sign of Aries,
Which is new beginnings,
New ways of doing things.
Aries is about action,
Momentum,

I trust,
I am,
I'm doing,
I know.
That's a pretty cool combination.
And then we have Uranus.
That's sweet Uranus.
Uranus is the planet often associated with surprises,
The unexpected,
Shocks.
I read a beautiful article today by Astra Butterfly and she describes Uranus as progress.
And I think this is such a good reframe for so many of us.

When Uranus comes into a sign and it moves every seven years.
So this is a pretty big event that's happening this weekend.
It's the last of this year and a half of condensed shifts,
But it's also opening another seven year cycle with this specific flavor for everybody.
So Uranus is going to show us progress in the sign of Gemini.
It's been in Taurus.
Taurus is very grounded,
Earthy.
It's about resources and money.
Gemini is going to be about air,
Thinking,
Communication,
Technology,
We could say AI.
But what this Astro Butterfly article described that I thought was so helpful,
She said,
When Uranus first moved into Taurus seven years ago,
Or eight years ago,
There was a lot of conversation about money.
Bitcoin is going to take over.
We're not going to use cash anymore.
Bitcoin is going to be the new way,
And if you don't have it,
You're going to miss out,
And it's going to be a disaster for you.
She said,
Now look,
Here we are.
With Uranus about to go into the next sign,
Bitcoin is not running everything.
In fact,
Gold has become the measure again of safe value.
It has become the standard.
So the way she described it,
I thought was very helpful.
And this might be good for those who are concerned about AI as we move into the sign of Gemini.
When Uranus comes into a sign,
It is going to test the sign and see if it's stable,
If it'll hold,
If it handles tension.
And that stress test proves the system or changes the system.
So when Uranus came into money,
It's testing it and it found,
Yeah,
OK,
This is actually what's true.
We're going to keep doing that.
It doesn't mean it got rid of Bitcoin,
But it didn't replace what was working with something else.
So she said,
Picture that as Uranus comes into Gemini.
It's not going to,
AI won't replace everything.
But our systems are going to be tested.
What's working,
What isn't?
Where can AI speed things up and make things more efficient?
Where is AI not able to replace a human?
Because that's actually the true system of humanity.
So if you can think of it as Uranus' progress,
And it's completing in Taurus,
And it's moving into Gemini.
So it's going to shift the things that we as a collective are focusing on,
And it's going to test it.
It's going to show us.
We're going to move through a seven-year cycle of progress.
In our communication,
In our technology,
In our systems,
Our infrastructure.
That was a lot.
That has been the astrology.

Self-care to me means,
Can you be aware of what is happening in your own mind,
Body,
Spirit,
Heart?
Can you be aware of what is happening?
And do what you need to keep yourself calm or peaceful or soothed or not stressed,
Not fragmented,
Not overwhelmed.
So whichever way.
You like to define it.
I like to define with positives.
Some people are like,
I need to hear the negative.
Self-care is continuously coming back.
To a space within yourself.
That is at ease.
And in turbulent times,
Which we have been in for a while,
But particularly over the last year and a half,
In turbulent times when there's a lot of change,
When there's a lot of chaos,
When The shifts create division when it seems like the contrast,
The duality has us all against each other.
It can be hard to find that centered,
Calm,
Steady place,
Especially for empaths.
And I know there's a lot of empaths in the rooms here usually with me.
An empath is going to feel not just what's happening in your own space,
But what's happening in Jen's here.
Jen's like,
Empath!
We're going to feel the collective.
Like,
So many people are hurting or struggling or feeling things,
So it's like… almost a blanket over our whole system.
It can feel suffocating,
It can feel.
.
.
So loud that we just,
Jackie's like me too,
It can feel so loud that it's almost we want to plug our ears or just hermit from the world go to a mountain and ignore the fact that there is even anyone else on this planet.
It can feel so intense.
And I know some people.
Some people feel that the moment they walk into a room.
It's like they pick everything up from the whole room and then immediately their body is like this and they're jagged and they can't focus and they feel all the stress.
My heart gets a workout.
This is the time.
Now,
Since we're moving through this last portal,
The last planet is moving into the sign this weekend.
As we move through this and apply what we're learning,
This is a time to practice being so present in your own body.
That there isn't room for all this other stuff to even play in your space.
Let me say it in a different way.
Being an empath is an absolute gift,
And it's a skill,
And it's our contribution often back to humanity is that we are empathic,
That we can feel things.
What I believe this next chapter of humanity is going to be showing us is that we get to choose how we allow the empathic gifts to be used and shared.
So.
For example.
If you walk around the world and everything's always open and you feel and sense everything all the time.
Your nervous system is just constantly trying to adjust and course correct and feel and this is how you live.
It's so much in that I don't believe we have harness the power of our creativity.
Of our focused,
Aligned path that we're here to walk.
We're so busy responding,
Feeling,
Trying to manage,
Trying to calm,
Trying to quiet that.
There's this beautiful thing,
Perhaps,
That we could share with the world.
And there's no time or space to allow it to start to take form and to overflow.
There are chapters and seasons in our life where I think the empath is maybe just the way we are.
So I think back to when I was a new mom and my children were little,
Like all you can do sometimes just sort of survive the season of the journey that you're in.
But as we are continuing to grow and to expand,
Survival mode,
As we continue to grow and expand,
I'm Jackie.
I'm sitting in my car debating to go in and sign at the gym and I'm freaking out.
So just hang with us for a moment,

When we evolve,
When we become aware that there are other ways,
We can start to learn those other ways and apply them in our lives and our lives can transform.
So one of the ways I have learned and that I share here and model here is how to be an empath in a community space and to be so grounded and present in your own body moving and flowing from your heart,
So you're empathically able to feel and sense,
But you're not absorbing everyone else's energy into your space to try to decipher what needs to happen and where you should put your focus and what you should be doing.
You,
You're just in you fully.
Reading the room,
Sensing,
Feeling from your heart,
And trusting how you need to navigate.
Well,
Practice,
Watch what I'm doing.
What should I be doing?
Listen to what I'm offering you.
Apply it,
Like just start to practice these things.
Listen to the meditations.
I have other programs too if you need them,
But you can get so much just from being in the space and watching how I'm doing it and paying attention to what I'm sharing with you.
I feel like this next chapter.

I feel like this next chapter is going to be about each one of us.
Individual souls in individual human bodies,
Fully owning our individual experiences.
And from that place of,
The word we're often hearing is sovereignty,
From that place of me and me,
Fully,

Allowing our gifts to naturally emerge and then share those gifts with everyone around us from a place of embodiment.
From a place of,
I am so filled up with my own self-care,

I can feel and sense all the magic I am here to bring to the world.

I know this way.
What if I try this way?
What if I try bringing all of me,
Build up with me,
Into every conversation,
Every community space,
Everywhere I go,
And I see what shifts in my reality?

The people around you are going to go,
Oh my God,
Like you're so Zen.

And then they feel better.
And slowly things rearrange.
I know it's possible because I've done it.
It's been my journey.
It's what I live as now.
And I didn't live that way for a long time.
And it was exhausting.
I got resentful.

It was not healthy.

This is like a beautiful way to live.

If you're able to,

And what you want to do is just set the intention.
I'm going to match the process that Viv is showing that she's doing.
I'm going to match the energy of it.
So you're going to synchronize your energy and my energy together.
And because we're all in a community space doing it together,
It's going to,
You can already feel it happening,
It's going to amplify or intensify the feeling.
So when you do this yourself,
It may not feel quite as intense at first because you're used to this community collaboration where we're making it stronger by doing it together.
But the more you practice,
Just like Caitlin said,
The easier it becomes,
The more you're just able to drop right in.
Okay,
So feet on the floor.
I want you to bring your attention down to your feet.
So just in your mind's eye,
Visualize your feet.
What's also helpful is to picture all of us sitting in a circle in our chairs.
So right now we have 96 people in and out.
So let's say there's 96 chairs and do you feel how that just shifted again?
Everyone is in their chairs with their feet on the ground and we're all focusing on our feet.
Do you feel how the entire space just went Energy is so cool,
Isn't it?
It's so cool.
All right,
So focus on your feet.
If you pop out,
And I think you know what I mean by that,
If you pop up in your awareness,
Just focus on your feet again,
And you'll come back down into this moment,
Back down into your body.
So the image,
And just keep focusing your feet,
I'm gonna talk for a moment.
The image I want you to picture is your body is a shell or a People use the word temple.
It's a home.
Your body is a home.
And your soul,
Your energy,
Your consciousness is like air.
It's like ethereal.
But it has density and mass as it comes down into your body.
So when you bring all of your awareness into your body and you start filling it up all the way to your feet,
It's like the air sort of alchemizes into density,
Into matter,
Into more of you being here.
So your body feels.
You feel yourself in your body.
Like fingers going into a glove,
Into a glove.
You can feel when your finger goes into the glab and it suddenly You're in the glove,
You're feeling it.
So I want you to start calling more and more of your energy into your feet and your feet are sealed.
In your mind's eye.
It's like you're holding your energy in your body because you're aware that you're doing it.
You're focusing on it as a focused attention.
Which is making everything in your awareness,
Your mind,
Your body,
Your soul,
Your heart,
All focus at the same moment.
And all this talking is for your mind.
So you can turn the volume down if you want and just tap into the feeling.
But often our mind is like,
What is she doing?
Why is she doing that?
Tell me why.
So when I say a lot of words,
Your mind is like,
What is she saying?
I gotta listen,
And it brings you into alignment.
That's why my meditations are so talky.
It's to help your mind lock in.
When your mind locks in.

There,
Do you feel that shift?
When your mind locks in and your body is here.
And you're bringing your energy into your body and you're filling all the way up to your,
Down to your feet.
It's like it gets harder to breathe in our chest because we're not used to being so here.
So present.
And what you'll notice is you may,
Like your other senses may be turning up.
So you feel like tingly's on your arm or your ears are hearing different sounds further away or everything just feels a little sharper image.
Yeah.
See,
It resonates.
I love all the hearts.
So I want you to bring all your energy all the way down to your feet and keep filling your body up with you.
Nobody else.
It's just you.
If it feels tight,
It's good.
It means you're here.
You're bringing your energy into your body.
As you're calling more of your consciousness,
Your energy,
Your attention into your body,
Imagine you could see how full you are inside of yourself.
So maybe you're just sort of at your sit bones.
Maybe you're kind of up just above your belly.
You're like,
My stomach feels so full,
But I didn't even eat Or maybe your back is starting to straighten a little bit.
If you feel like you want to hunch over because your energy is pulling to your feet,
I'm inviting you to straighten your spine and open your shoulders.
So that you can keep your heart open while you're filling yourself up with you.
It may feel very uncomfortable,
Especially if you're used to protecting your heart.
But when we try to protect our heart and we go into places and we're feeling afraid of,
You know,
Different people or someone's going to try to hurt us or take something from us,
This is the energy we're navigating into those spaces with.
We're on defense.
We're expecting something,
And so the frequency we're emitting out is like,
I'm ready for you.
When we go in with that energy.
Probably the people who are going to want to hang out with us are going to be people like,
I'm going to get you.
It's like we're coming in ready for a fight,
And so the person who's going to be ready to fight will find us.
But if we're in our body.
Our spine is straight,
Our chin is like.
.
.
I'm doing this.
I'm going to go into that space with my heart open and I'm just going to be all of me everywhere I go and I'm just going to be happy and I'm not going to take on your bad mood and your fear and your overwhelm.
I'm just going to be so filled up with me.
Can you feel the difference?
What happens when this energy comes into a room?
People like.
Is she high?
I get that a lot.
Are you drunk?
No,
I'm just filled up with myself.
And I love who I am and what I'm here to do in this world and how I want to be in this place.
And so here I am.
Let's go.
It's.
.
.
Presence.
Embodiment.
It's magnetic.
It's exciting.
It feels good.
And the people who want to be in that energy are people who want that energy.
They want to manifest that,
Create that,
Live that.

I do that too.

It's.

It's a choice.

Am I always this way?
No.

My husband will be like,
You guys haven't seen her at nine o'clock at night when she's been up all day.
She's a cranky brat.
She doesn't speak.
She doesn't smile.
And all she wants to do is go to bed.
So my husband would not agree that this is how I navigate life.
But the majority of people who see me during the day and hang out with me,
Like,
This is my normal state.
And it's not to say other states are right or wrong or mine is better or worse.
It's,
It's a choice.
To be so present in your body.
That you bring your presence everywhere you go.
That energy moving into a room is very different than an empath entering a room already knowing we're going to be absorbing from everyone around us and then we have to go home and detox because it was so overwhelming because people can't do their own work.
People aren't going to do their own work if you're going to hold it for them.
And that dynamic.
Becomes a groove,
An energy groove.
A very natural way of like,
Well,
That's just what we do.
You come over.
I tell you all the terrible things and then you go home and I feel better.
Thank you.
I love when you come over.
Okay?
Are you loving going over?
Because if not.
.
.
Who's going to change the pattern.
It's usually not the person who feels better when you come do their work for them.
And by work,
I mean Emotional.
Maturity,
Emotional.
That is very different than someone is going through a shift,
Someone is in a crisis,
They need support through a specific portal or a specific threshold.
People move,
Relationships end,
We go through times of grieving,
We have health crises.
This is not to say be high on life and ignore the reality that other people are going through.
That's not what I'm saying.
Read the room,
Right?
You know when it's time to just sit and hug a friend,
To just sit and cry with a friend,
To get someone out of bed because they've got to start engaging in life again.
So you've got to come in kind of as the boss and tell them and hug them and encourage them and get them moving again.
It's not to say that doesn't coexist.
This is part of that capacity that I was describing before at the beginning of the call.
We stretch what we can hold.
I can sit in the grief with you.
I can hold you and tell you everything is going to be okay,
Because I absolutely believe that.
And we're going to cry until we feel okay.
And I could be full of myself and high on life.
And it can happen within a few hours,
It can happen within the same day,
It can happen within minutes.
The human experience holds all of that.
Disregarding that we can be this happy,
This peaceful,
This blissed out on ourselves.
And putting all that to the side so that we only are in the grief.
I don't think is why we're here.
I love when you guys agree with things.
I think we're here for all of it.
I believe we're here for all of it.
But when you're in your body,
Like we're doing right now,
Just notice how long you've been sitting here with me,
Feeling your body,
Feeling your heart.
Experiencing the moment fully.
This is what I'm describing.
It's an empath.
Who is fully aware of our gifts,
Of the skills,
Of the resources we can provide for others.
But we're not depleting ourselves to be an empath.
We're not going in to save everybody,
To fix things,
To make things easier and simpler for everybody all the time at the expense of our own human journey.
I think a big part of this year and a half condensed time period.
Has been for us to become aware of the patterns,
Aware of the ways that we do things,
Aware of the energetic relationships we have,
Aware of the places we deplete ourselves,
Of maybe the places where we go and grab from others,
Where we go and fall apart with a friend every single time,
And we don't ever replenish that friendship.
We've been learning,
Understanding,
Having awareness about all of this.
This is Jupiter in Cancer.
We're going to go into the future for a moment.
Jupiter in June,
July is going to move into Leo.
There's so many names in my head.
Jupiter's been in cancer.
It's about to move into Leo.
Cancer is like everything I was saying,
Self-care,
Self-love,
Family,
All the beautiful things.
Leo is like,
I'm center stage.
It's about me.
And I don't mean this as like a negative.
I mean this in the absolute beauty of a lion that knows it's magical.
A lion that walks into a room and is like,
I am here.
That's Leo energy.
They take the stage.
Neil,
That is no surprise at all.
They take the stage.
They have the presence.
You guys,
You're gonna love this next transit.
Especially after all the work we've been doing.
So Jupiter going into Leo is like,
Leo says,
I know who I am.
This is the lion.
The lion knows its strength,
Its power,
Its role in the jungle,
Its role in the desert.
It knows what it can do.
It doesn't go in and say,
Hey.
What does a lion do?
And how does a lion roar?
And how does a lion lead the pack?
It just leads.
Jupiter is going to emphasize that for a year.
So all this work we've been doing on self-care and family and home and country,
It's going to move us into this next expression,
Which is Are you ready to lead,
To be,
To roar,
To express?
To take up more space.
To stand in your power and to own who you are.
So an empath.
Who has been aware of these shifts,
Who's been doing this work,
Who's practicing being in the body.
Is going to see a lot of.
Oh,
I want to say this so gently,
But I don't know that I can.
You're going to see a lot of shifts in your relationships.
And the other people around you may not like the shifts because it felt so good when you did blah,
Blah,
When you took care of me,
When you,
When you would come in.
It's like,
Um,
My son,
So my son is 23.
They don't like it at all.
My son is 23 and I've just always.
I love both of my children,
But my son has always allowed me to do a lot for him.
So I'm,
You know,
Running his laundry and making sure he has the meals he likes the most.
And when he would come home from college,
I'd be like,
What do you want?
And it felt so good to me,
And he just soaked it up.
But he was younger then.
Now he's getting older.
He wants to be independent.
He's an Aries.
He's like,
I can do it myself.
You don't have to do it for me.
I can figure this out.
And so we're going through this dynamic right now.
How far can I go in supporting him and loving him?
Where he's like,
Back up,
Mom.
I've got it.
He also has a girlfriend and she probably is tired of him being spoiled by his mother.
So we're going to go through some.
You see,
This is all I can do is show you with my hands,
Like,
Testing it out.
An empath who has been doing all these beautiful things and now says,
I'm going to practice being in my body.
I'm going to practice.
Expanding my own space.
Feeling filled up with me.
I know you guys are loving this,
Right?
I am going to be more me than I've ever been.
And when I'm more me,
There may be less room for me to do for you.
Doesn't mean I don't love you.
Doesn't mean our relationship is over.
Doesn't mean I,
Whatever their things are.
My ears just started ringing.
Seriously,
My ear is like that.
I think that was a lesson for me with my son.
Doesn't mean I don't love you.
Doesn't mean that you don't love me.
It just means we're going to be two.
Individual energies,
Yours did too.

Reframe how you look at it and see if that supports your awareness when that ringing in the ears starts to happen.
Mine is almost always my left ear.
And yeah,
Some people,
When you ignore the ringing in the ears long enough,
I believe it can create tinnitus.
Some people also have done this for a lot of their lives.
You know,
They,
They don't want to hear,
They don't want to hear,
They don't want to hear,
They don't want to hear.
And we create,
I believe,
Deafness because we just don't want to hear.
And so it amplifies.
Louise Hay has a book called You Can Heal Your Life.
And she talks about the body's connection to emotions,
To patterns created in our childhood.
Yeah,
So if you have tinnitus,
I would look that up,

And just see what it suggests and maybe listen to the protocol and then see how that supports you.
I don't claim to cure anybody of anything because I don't believe I have that power.
I don't believe anything I create has that power.
I believe in alignment within ourselves,
In the body being the teacher of what it is that we're here to learn,
What it is we're working on.
And so if our ears.
Like mine just did,
Are ringing.
It's to bring our attention to either what we just said or what the frequency is around us.
Our ears are also connected to our throat and our mouth.
So when we have a frequency shift,
Maybe there's something that we're meant to express,
To say,
And that frequency shift is bringing our attention.
To R now.
I love how we just flow right into other things.

I have a friend who always has weeping ears.
His HD explains that people tell him things all the time.
He was a great auditor.
That's amazing,

That is also a symptom from menopause.
I can tell the difference between just ringing and tinnitus.

It's another way that our bodies are teaching us.

Just walking in for a few minutes,

And there's so much going on on the screen.
Thing that happens,
You know,
With all the,
All the gold stars or the gold coins or whatever,
You can just tell how happy it makes them.
And I feel that way here with pink hearts.
It just makes me really happy.

And then start to notice as you're doing that.
How the group dynamics.
Slows down and deepens.
How you can feel your legs.
The more you do it,
The easier it becomes.
So you'll just drop right in.
More powerfully,
More quickly,
More directly each time you practice,
Just like Caitlin said.
So when you focus on your feet.
And you start calling all of you back to you from anywhere it's been outside of this moment.
So whatever you were thinking about,
Feeling,
Whatever,
Just shh.
Bring your power,
Your energy,
Your attention.
All the way into your body and down to your feet and start filling your body up with your awareness.
You'll feel it in your body.
You just feel more calm.
You feel heavier,
More dense,
More solid.
You notice my throat,
My voice shifts slightly when we do this every time.
It's like the group dynamic becoming more grounded drops my voice deeper down into my body.
So you want to feel,
And the more we do this in this space,
By the way,
The more my meditations will resonate with you because you'll feel this process in the group meditation space,
Just like you're feeling right now.
So it's kind of a fun little bonus.
Bring your energy all the way down to your feet.
Relax your muscles.
And sit up a little straighter so that your spine feels straight.
And you may notice as you're doing that that your body is experiencing things.
So either your heart is beating a little faster or maybe there's a tickle in your throat.
I think Jackie or Jen said that earlier.
You might feel a little bit of energy bubbling there.
Your eyes may be leaking,
As Robert says.
You may cough or yawn,
Your ears may pop.
Allow yourself.
As the energy fills up in your body,
Allow yourself to feel how it's moving out of you.
Anything that wasn't serving.
So it might be resistance,
It might be fear.
Maybe doubt about this whole process.
It may be someone else's energy.
So you may suddenly be thinking about someone and that's all you can think about.
Just allow their energy to flow.
If your heart suddenly starts feeling,
Maybe,
Maybe it feels heavy or full or there's some sadness.
Just allow the emotions to move.
When our attention,
Our awareness is in our body and we're doing it in a group space that emphasizes,
That amplifies what we're doing.
We can fill ourselves up pretty quickly from our feet all the way up.
And when we get to the heart.
What happens is if the heart has not had safe space to be,
To feel,
To allow.
And when we come into this group experience of being present in our bodies,
Relax your muscles.
Our heart may suddenly go.
.
.
I find,
So this is me talking to your mind.
I find that we are so afraid of this experience of being in our heart that we will do anything to avoid it.
We will run,
Be super busy,
Be the best empath in the world and feel everyone else's pain and emotions.
And I've done this,
So there's no judgment here.
I'm just naming it.
I have done this for a long time until I figured it out.
And I was like,
Why are we doing this?
So I'm here to say,
Why are we doing this from a place of experience?
We are so scared of how much is in our heart space,
Especially as an empath.
That we just take care of everybody else and ignore how much is building inside of here.
So a lot of the meditations I create are invitations to come into the heart space.
To be present,
To feel,
To allow it some room,
Some space.
Not to fix it,
Judge it.
Change it.
Just to feel what's happening in the heart.
Can you just allow emotions to move?
Because.
When they move,
They move.
They move,
And then they're not stuck in your heart space.
And then all of a sudden,
There's just a little more breathing room.
A little more lightness.
It's like,
Huh.
I've been running from this for years.
And then I come here.
In my body and I just let it breathe.
It's just like that.
Can start to shift.
It's miraculous,
But we're so determined to not allow ourselves to experience it.
That we create the most complex lives.

So just breathe with me into your heart.
You don't have to fix it or do anything,

Me with me and my heart and a room full of other people who are also just being in the heart.
We're all just feeling it.
We're just taking a pause.
Nobody has to tell me anything about it.
I don't have to go back into old stories.
I'm just going to feel and the emotions just start to move.
And when they move,
It's like you may have to Right,
Do some deep breathing.
You may have to wiggle your shoulders and open your chest a little bit wider and allow yourself some space.

You arrived in the perfect moment.
We're here in the heart space.
It's beautiful.
So just drop right in.

Yeah,
There's a lot.
There's a lot of intense experiences happening right now.
I hear you.
I hear you.
So Madeline,
I want you to pull your energy into you just for this time.
As you resource yourself right now,
You're going to be more support for all the people around you.
So just imagine you can just place everybody right outside of your energy field just for five,
10 minutes.
Just a little bit.
You're going to put them outside of your energy field and you're going to recenter yourself.
So when you go back into that conversation,
Back into that space,
You're grounded,
You're calm,
You're steady,
Your awareness is heightened and faster,
And so the decisions you make are It's like you,
Instead of doing zigzags,
You just go straight into the right decision.
You name the truth instead of getting caught in whatever other people's emotions or fears are.
You just do the thing.
So everybody just bring your energy all the way down to your feet.
You relax your muscles.
You lean back,
You allow yourself to feel the support.
I'm sweating.
Allow yourself to feel the support at your back.
It's always a risk with light colored shorts.
It's like,
Oh,
Moving energy,
And we start moving energy.
So you want to straighten your spine,
Open your shoulders.
And feel how the whole space changes.
Community,
Lance.
And then because you're part of the community.
You have that landing in yourself at the same time.
Nobody's told anybody any revelations or nothing in the outside world has changed but something in you.
Is aligning with this grounded,
Steady,
I've got this.
I've got this.
I'm okay.
I'm going to feel things and I'm going to be okay.
I'm going to make a decision.
I'm going to move in this direction and I'm going to be okay.
And things will come up,
And I'm going to recenter again.
I'm going to pull my energy into my body,
And I'm going to keep walking.
And everything is going to work.
It's all just going to present itself.
One next step.
And everywhere I go,
I'm going to be in this frequency as much as possible.
Embodiment,
My power,
My energy in my body,
All the way down to my feet.
And if I feel things in my heart,
I feel things in my heart and I'm gonna be okay.
I was just on a call with the woman I used to mentor with,
And she must have said,
I'm okay,
A hundred times.
And it was so beautiful because she was so steady in how she was holding it.
And you could feel the emotion she's like Whatever happens,
You're gonna be okay.
Good.

My feet are buzzing.

My heart is open.
I'm feeling so much.

So this is what I would call bringing your power into your body,
Grounding,
Bringing your power into your body and filling yourself up with you,
Which is how as empaths we can shift the way we've been navigating.
If we've been out tracking,
Taking care of everybody,
What we're doing now is practicing being all of us in here,
Filling myself up with me.
That's what we've been practicing.
What you can do if it feels like I'm here,
I'm present,
But I still feel a lot of static in my space.
You can imagine from the bottoms of your feet.
And Leslie,
This may be a resource for you too.
From the bottoms of your feet,
You can imagine there's just a toilet sort of lush of anything that doesn't serve you.
You're not getting rid of your power.
You're not.
Taking all of you and running it into the earth.
You're taking anything in your system that is not a match to you being fully in your body.
Anyone else's emotions,
Anything from the collective that may just sort of be hanging around your space.
You're going to send it down to your feet and then you just choose.
I'm going to release that toxic energy out my feet and into the earth.
And then you relax your muscles and just allow the energy to leave your feet and go down through roots into the earth.
And we're doing it for the group right now,
So you might really feel it.
But you also will feel it when you do it on your own.
You may feel it because I'm feeling it whoosh through my whole body because we're doing it as a group space.
Yeah,
Good job,
Mandler.
This can become like a morning practice or the thing you do before you go to bed at night or in a stressful moment.
You just remember this.
It's like,
Okay.
Everyone wants me in their fear in their drama.
I'm not going to do that.
I'm just going to Be here.
Pull my power in.
And then from my feet,
Release what doesn't serve.
Would it be possible to create a meditation version of calling energy back to us that we do each day?

Here's the practice.
You're gonna put your feet on the ground.
You're going to start calling all of your energy,
Your awareness,
Into your body.
And you're going to run it all the way down through your body to your feet.
And at first,
Your feet are closed,
So you're holding your energy in your body.
For those who are empaths,
This may be the hardest thing.
You've never done this.
You've never actually closed the bottoms of your feet and held your energy in your body.
I know,
Because that was my story for a long time.
Once you learn to do that,
Once you just.
Sam.
Bringing my energy in and I'm keeping it.
I'm not giving it to anybody else.
I'm not bringing anyone else's energy into my body.
Just me and me.
You start filling yourself up with you all the way down to your feet.
And then you just start calling more of your energy into you and you'll feel yourself filling up from your feet all the way up.
As you're doing that,
You can just have your mind tell your body to relax.
So you can just say,
Relax my muscles,
Relax my muscles,
Call more of me,
Into me,
Call all of my energy.
If you have someone come to mind or a situation that pops in,
Just be like,
Oh,
I see that.
Right now we're just calling my energy into my body that can wait.
It's like sifting and sorting.
If you can imagine as your energy arrives,
Perhaps it has a color that's yours,
But it comes with some shadowy or some other color that isn't yours.
And you can tell you're bringing energy into you that isn't yours.
Just sift and sort outside of your body.
And then as you pull your energy into your body and you send it down,
It's just you in you.
Nobody else.
Your energy in your body all the way down to your feet.
You're filling yourself up.
When you get to your heart,
Is where you might notice a lot of emotion.
It may be other people's emotions.
It may be yours you haven't had time to feel.
It may be for the collective.
Just allow the emotions to just move.
You're not going to drown in it.
You're not going to have the end of the world happen.
It's just your heart feeling.
Which is the nature of being human,
The gift of being human.
We're not going to be afraid of it,
We're just going to allow the heart.
To feel and then you straighten your spine.
Open your shoulders,
Which keeps your heart open.
And if you fill up all the way to here.
When you keep filling up,
You're going to notice that the top of your head You can just visualize your connection to source.
And when you've filled your body all the way up with you and there's just no more room because you're so filled up with you.
Just connect to source or God the universe and just say from this filled up overflowing magic that is me me,
The soul in the body,
Choosing to be here on this planet lake.
What a miracle that I exist.
You can just connect and go,
God,
Source,
The universe,
What do you want me to know?
What else is there?
What do you want to show me?
And you might go,
Whoosh,
There's a download from your soul,
From God,
From consciousness.
That says,
Now that I have your attention.
What I really want you to know is that you have this gift,
Or you should go talk to this person,
Or you should go visit this place,
Or you should eat this food.
Sometimes it's so practical.
It's like God speaks into your head and says,
You're not drinking enough water and your body's dehydrated.
So how about we double the water intake?
And in your head,
You're like that?
That's the breakthrough?
That's what you want to tell me?
When I do all this work to be present,
You want to tell me to drink more water?
Because you can't handle the next download if you aren't resourced,
If you aren't hydrated,
If your body isn't strong and healthy.
So this is the next step to help your body be strong and healthy.
When you do that,
You'll get the next piece.
Sometimes it's that practical.
Sometimes it's good taking a nap.
You've been empathing for so long that you don't need any downloads right now.
You need to go take a nap.
Or you need to get your body in a routine where you sleep at least six or seven hours every night.
So what can you do before you go to bed that's going to help you get that much sleep at night?
Maybe you put your phone down earlier.
Maybe you don't talk to other people or anybody around you at a certain time.
It's my entry into sleep.
Because when you sleep.
You're the closest to God you'll ever be.
I think,
So if you.
If you're going to be in this creative vortex for six,
Seven hours,
Eight hours at night,
Don't you want to enter into that with highest potential,
With Your heart open with your soul like,
Show me all the magic.
Instead of replaying.
All the drama.
There's a great video meditation by Wayne Dyer.
It's titled something like,
Five minutes before you go to sleep,
Do this the rest of your life.
Start there.
Just listen to that right before you go to bed and see what starts to happen.
Sometimes it's that basic.
But we can't even hear that.
If we're so outside of our bodies,
Outside of our human experience,
Taking care of everybody and everything,
Feeling for the collective at the expense of our own human experience.
This weekend,
Uranus moves into Gemini.
It's going to open this next chapter and it's going to take all that we've been doing for the past year and a half and invite us into integration,
Into mastery of all these shifts that we've been going through.

We've got May,
June to kind of get used to things.
And I think June,
July is actually that's not true.

But I don't remember.

I want you to close your eyes for this one if you can.
I want you to see all of us,

Everyone energetically in their chair,
Feet on the ground.
Everything we've talked about is in the center of the circle.
So all the conversations,
The astrology,
The energetics,
Everything is in the center.
And what you're going to see is your power,
Your energy as part of that mix.
And you're going to pull your power only out of the center of the circle and back into you.
And you're going to see everybody else doing the same thing.
So we're unraveling,
Unwinding.
All of the energy back into ourselves,
