Hello and welcome to our community meditation space.

My name is Viviane Girard and it is my delight to be guiding us in a meditation for the full moon in Leo.

As we settle into our time together I invite you to picture yourself walking into our virtual living room and claiming your seat side by side as we tune into the astrology as a lens through which to guide our human experience.

Let us begin.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to wiggle more comfortably into whatever place you have chosen to be for your meditation experience.

Allow yourself to feel the support underneath you,

The support at your back.

If you do not have support at your back perhaps move around and find a way to let yourself lean into a structure behind you which allows your body to feel more safe.

It allows your muscles to start to relax and unwind.

And then call your energy,

Your attention,

Your power,

Home to you,

Into this moment,

This body,

This little pocket of time that you have claimed just for yourself.

When we start to call our energy back into our body,

What sometimes happens is we become aware of where and who and what our energy has been placed upon.

So you might notice the list of things that need to be done popping up or a relationship that you're wrestling,

Struggling with energetically.

Perhaps just a collective sense of overwhelm with the life that is moving so quickly at this time.

Whatever starts to come forward in your mind,

Acknowledge it and then unravel your attention from whatever that is and invite it,

Bring it back into you.

Your energy only,

You are not bringing anyone else into your meditation space,

It's just your time.

And then you focus on your feet,

Inviting all of your energy as it comes into your body to make its way slowly down through your body to your feet.

And as you do that,

You start to fill your body up with you.

It may feel unfamiliar or perhaps a little empty inside as we start to bring our power,

Our attention back into ourselves.

When we are in our minds,

Our headspace,

A lot of the time,

Actually coming down fully into the body may feel just unfamiliar.

And so you focus on your feet and allow your energy to make its way all the way down through to your feet.

And as you do that,

It might start to feel heavier inside your stomach,

Your abdomen,

Might feel more full,

More dense inside of your body as your energy is coming into you and filling you up.

Keep visualizing,

Imagining your energy going all the way down to your feet.

It's like filling up a glass of water.

And when you pour the liquid,

It goes all the way to the bottom of the glass first.

It's the same for us when we set the intention that we are going to fill our bodies up with our own power,

Our own consciousness,

Our own energy.

And then we guide that all the way down to our feet.

We start to take up space within ourselves.

So we relax our muscles and allow our body to comfortably deepen into this moment,

Into this experience of stillness,

Quiet,

Of listening to what is happening inside of ourselves.

The external world has gotten very loud and busy.

And so this time of meditation,

It is an invitation to feel within ourselves what is true.

What is ours and perhaps what needs to go.

You might notice that there are emotions that come up or thoughts that start to surface or come back into awareness.

Anything that is ready to release or leave your space,

Imagine you can send that down to your feet and then your feet open and just release the energetic waste or toxicity.

When we are empathic,

Intuitive beings and aware that we are empathic,

We can pick up energies,

Emotions from those around us,

From the world around us,

And not even realize that it's holding inside of our bodies our awareness.

And so in this moment,

You can choose to send anything that is not yours,

That does not serve you,

All the way down to your feet and into the earth,

Allowing the earth to take what no longer serves you and recycle it,

Purify it,

Redistribute it somewhere where it can be of greater service.

And then we relax our muscles and continue filling our bodies up with our awareness.

When we rinse some of what is complete out of our body,

There is more room now for our consciousness,

Our unique energy,

Soul,

Spirit,

To come into the body and fill up more of us with us.

So you relax your muscles and allow your body to stretch,

To expand,

To take up more room.

You might notice that it's quieter in your mind,

That the pace of the energy in your body is slower and softer.

You might notice a buzz or a white noise sound in your ears.

It is a shift in frequency.

It's a recalibration within your mind,

Body,

Soul.

You start to shed what isn't serving and purify your own being within yourself.

And then your frequency,

It can attune to what has always been around you.

A lightness,

An expansiveness,

A level of awareness,

Heightened awareness that constantly exists.

But when we are in the density,

In the collective fear,

In the overwhelm of a fast-paced life,

We don't always sense or recognize that higher frequency around us.

And so this meditation space is an invitation to be so still,

So present within our body,

So calm in our mind,

That our soul can calibrate our system to that higher frequency.

Perhaps our mind wants a name.

What is this frequency?

I would offer the words light,

Truth,

Consciousness,

Oneness,

Harmony,

Alignment.

The words just echo or hold that constant buzz or tone that our body knows as safe,

As peaceful and calm.

And when we're in this quiet space,

Like you are in this moment,

The mind and the body and the soul are aligning,

Attuning,

Calibrating,

Harmonizing.

Perhaps our mind is trying to understand it,

But it's not even really necessary.

It's simply an experience that we feel.

And when we are in spaces in this way,

The body starts to heal,

Not because we are doing anything to or for the body,

But because the body is in coherence,

In resonance with this calm frequency,

With this stillness inside.

So we relax the muscles and allow more and more of your infinite soul to be fully present in your human body.

And for the mind,

I will weave in some of the current astrology.

There is a shift that is happening.

We have moved from Capricorn into Aquarius,

And we have five planets in Aquarius.

Capricorn represents the structures,

The familiar,

The known.

Aquarius is the new chapter,

The new beginning,

The next expression,

The creative awakening,

Spiritual awakening that is happening.

The new way,

Not because any old ways were wrong,

But because something is shifting.

At the same time that we have this movement from Capricorn to Aquarius,

We have five planets in Aquarius,

And we have a full moon in Leo.

Leo and Aquarius are opposite ends of the same axis,

And so there is a pull,

A resistance,

A tension inside of ourselves,

A polarity.

And so we feel the independent,

Fiery center stage,

Leo energy being illuminated.

At the same time that Aquarius is pulling us into community,

Collaboration,

Partnership,

Side by side,

The sweet spot in meditation is being able to express our unique magic,

Our unique light,

Our unique Leo brilliance in the community space where it is celebrated,

Recognized,

Where we are safe to belong,

Where we can be our full brilliance and not pull back any of it.

And the heart knows that feeling,

That desire.

The heart wants to believe that it is possible,

That this beautiful,

Unique combination of authenticity and belonging is possible.

And so in meditation time,

We calibrate to this possibility.

We allow our body to feel it,

To harmonize with it.

And then we trust the way that our soul guides us from the meditation space.

We trust the little messages,

Signs,

Synchronicities that show up,

And we invite our mind to categorize them,

To list them as evidence that we are in alignment,

That this new chapter is real.

At the same time,

As all of this is shifting,

We have Neptune now in Aries.

Our dreams being guided into action,

Opening up a new 13-year journey of Neptune through Aries,

Opening up a whole new zodiac cycle of 165 years ahead.

And in two weeks,

We have Saturn moving into Aries,

And a week later,

Neptune and Saturn meeting at zero degrees Aries.

Our dreams,

Our work,

Our passion,

Our commitment,

The formless and the form coming together at zero degrees Aries,

The point of beginning.

The words are for your mind.

The energy you feel,

You hear in my voice is for your body.

It's from my soul to your soul.

It is the validation,

The confirmation that the new chapter is happening,

That the astrology is placing each step,

Each next step,

Just in the right moment of time for us.

So we relax our muscles,

Allow all the information to settle into your mind,

Through your body,

Through your body.

Allow your system to relax.

When we have all of this action energy,

It is easy to just start doing,

To jump into trying,

And meditation offers us the pause,

The quiet space,

The internal centering,

And discerning and clarifying,

So that when we move to action,

It's from alignment.

It's from an internal knowing,

Not an external driving or being told.

Our plan,

Our map,

Our blueprint,

Whatever it is that we are forming,

That we will be creating next,

It comes from internal knowing.

It emerges from within us to be expressed.

And so allow yourself that time and space and meditation to take the dreams that have been moving inside of you,

Gathering momentum,

Sifting and sorting.

Allow them to come into form,

And it may be one small piece,

One small step,

But you know inside of yourself it's the right step,

It's the next step.

You know it,

You feel it inside.

Once you bring that forward into action,

Come back into meditation,

The next step will present itself,

And it's coming through you.

It's from your own autonomy,

Your own knowing,

Your own awareness,

Truth within yourself.

As you trust that and allow it to flow through,

The path forms itself,

And it's so much more efficient,

So much more magical,

So much more fun than the path that is externally dictated to you.

Take the time that you need in meditation to clarify and then act.

With your feet planted on the ground,

Anything that is ready to release in this last clearing,

Allow it to make its way down to your feet.

Wiggle,

Move,

Send whatever energy wants to release into the earth,

And then lean back,

Straighten your spine,

Which will open up your shoulders and naturally open your heart a little wider.

And with your eyes still closed,

Start wiggling your feet,

Wiggling your fingers,

Allowing yourself to bring yourself back to this moment.

Allowing yourself to bring yourself back to this moment,

And then slowly as you're ready,

You can open your eyes and start to take in some of the external room around you.

So notice what's happening with your hands,

Your feet,

Look at the space around you,

And harmonize your internal truth and knowing and centering with your external reality,

The environment physically around you.

Allow them to merge,

To become seamless.

What you see and know inside of yourself is going to form your external reality.

And this moment as meditation ends,

Reminds us of that bridge.

I encourage you to drink a big glass of water,

To journal whatever came through for you,

And to trust the one next step that presents itself.

If it hasn't yet,

Come back into meditation,

Do it again,

Clarify,

And you will find that the knowing will emerge from you,

Through you,

And it's going to be magical.
