Beautiful soul.

Take a deep breath in and close your eyes.

Bring your attention inwards.

Inhale and exhale.

Inhale.

Connect with your breath.

Visualize a silver light coming in from the sky,

Going into your body through the top of your head,

Your whole body and into your toes.

Feel that light going up and down your body,

While it's pulsing through you.

That light permeates your internal organs,

Filling up your brain,

Your ears and your eyes,

Your mouth,

Your throat and your tongue,

Going into your esophagus.

It saturates your heart and your lungs,

Going down into your stomach.

This light infuses your liver,

Your pancreas and your gallbladder.

And it continues filling up your intestines.

It permeates your whole abdomen.

As you keep breathing with your natural breathing rhythm,

This silver light,

Healing silver light,

Saturates your arteries and veins,

Your bloodstream and your lymphatic system.

While flowing through your precious body,

Tenderly this light suffuses all of your internal organs,

Your molecules and cells.

Steadily this light is pulsing through your body.

Stay in this divine stream for a moment,

Sinking into this blissful healing energy.

With this tender light centred in your body,

We will gently massage and oxygenate your internal organs.

Simply using what you always possessed,

Which is your sacred breath,

Bringing inspired intelligence into your energy field that heals you on multiple levels.

And so we begin.

While sitting in this divine presence,

Gently press your tongue to the roof of your mouth in a relaxed manner.

And exhale fully.

We will inhale for 2 seconds,

Hold for 2 seconds,

Inhale for 2 seconds,

Hold for 2 seconds.

Repeating this breathing rhythm until a full inhale and then exhaling completely.

I will demonstrate this for you first.

Inhalation is also called inspiration.

When we inhale,

We breathe in not only oxygen into our vital organs,

But also prana,

Which is a life force in itself.

It's a divine consciousness.

Through subtle energy channels,

Prana infuses our body with vital energy,

Providing healing on multiple levels,

Physical,

Mental,

Emotional,

And spiritual.

We will continue with our internal massage through breathing,

This time breathing in the reverse order.

Again,

Make sure that your tongue is lightly pressed against the roof of your mouth and your lips are loosely sealed.

We will first inhale deeply through the nose,

Allowing the breath to completely fill our body.

And then we will be exhaling through the nose for two seconds,

Pausing for two seconds.

Exhaling for two seconds,

Pausing for two seconds.

Repeating this breathing pattern until we completely exhale.

I will again demonstrate this for you.
