Welcome to this meditation for today,
For a brand new beautiful day that's full of energy and great intention.
You can begin while you're still in bed or sitting down after you have already had your morning lunch.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Deeply into your body,
Feel your breath going all the way in,
Feel it gently flowing through you.
Place your hands now on your chest,
Criss-crossing them,
Feeling your heart center.
We will begin with gratitude,
Think of three things you are grateful for today.
It can be as simple as being grateful for having a new day as a new opportunity.
You can notice the sunshine that you are admiring and feeling grateful for.
Or you can simply appreciate your own breath,
Feeling sincere gratitude for it,
While making a statement such as this.
Today,
This morning,
I am grateful for… Again.
Today,
This morning,
I am grateful for… And finish.
Time.
Allow for this to sink in and settle deeply within you,
Feeling your heart warming and deeply loving energy.
Continue focusing on your heart,
Feeling your hands warming it up,
And think of the intention for the day.
It can be something very simple or deeply complex,
Anything that feels of utmost importance to you in this moment.
It can be an intention of being as present as possible throughout the day,
An intention of feeling appreciation for the small things along your way,
Or maybe you intend to stay calm,
Collected and focused,
Even in the most turbulent times,
Should they appear.
I will stay silent for a moment while you do.
Once you do,
Simply finish the statement.
Today,
I intend to… Allow for your intention to integrate deep within your heart and your energetic system,
Moving and spreading into every particle of your most vibrant frequency,
Merging with it and allowing it to settle in,
Feeling this intention becoming one with you.
