Begin this meditation by getting into a comfortable position,
Sitting up straight with your spine elongated as if your head is reaching out for the sky,
But making sure you're still in a relaxed position.
Feel your feet placed on the floor,
Feeling the surface beneath,
Arms loosened with your hands on your knees and palms facing up.
Make sure you're warm enough and when you're comfortable you can close your eyes.
Bring your attention to your breath,
Just notice it.
Don't force it,
Breathe naturally.
Simply become aware of it.
As you breathe on each of your breaths,
Visualize as if you're breathing in energy from the earth through your feet and into your body and breathing out back through your feet down into the earth.
Breathing in cleansing earth energy,
Breathing out all of the energy that's not serving you anymore.
On your breath in,
Breathing in rejuvenating energy into your body and on your breath out,
Releasing all of the heaviness.
Breathe in on a count of 4 and breathe out on a count of 6.
I will count a couple of times with you.

Breathe 2 more times while counting on your own.
Bring your breath back to your natural breathing rhythm.
Feel the air flow through your body.
Keep your attention on your breath.
Visualize a golden light as a ray gently entering your body through the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
Going into your third eye chakra,
Into your heart center,
Then going down into your solar plexus chakra,
Located in your stomach area,
Going down into your sacral chakra,
The area below your navel,
And from your sacral chakra going into your root chakra,
Located at the bottom of your spine.
And then visualize that golden light ray going out and all the way into the heart of the earth.
Notice the balance and alignment within all of your chakras,
Your energy centers,
And in the grand design of the universe.
Notice feeling grounded yet elevated at the same time.
Keep your attention on all of your chakras at the same time.
Find yourself in the happiest place that comes to mind.
Maybe in the green forest,
Maybe the ocean with the sun shining bright above you,
Or maybe in a beautiful sunny meadow.
As you find yourself in that happiest place,
Bring your attention to the palms of your hands.
Allow them to stay open and relaxed.
Bring your fullest attention to your palms.
Maybe feeling the warmth,
Maybe some tingling sensation.
Notice your loved one sitting in front of you.
Someone who is very dear to your heart and comes to mind first.
Maybe it's your guardian angel,
Your friend,
Your child,
Your sibling,
Your spouse,
Your parent,
A spirit guide.
They're sitting right in front of you,
So close to you,
Looking into your eyes,
Smiling,
Shining,
And sending you unconditional love.
They are right here,
Right in front of you.
They are so proud of you.
They are letting you know that they watch over you and they are with you every step of the way in this life.
Embrace your loved one as they embrace you back.
Feel their essence.
Feel their energy.
Feel that pure,
Infinite love.
Gently open your right hand and feel how your loved one places their hand into your hand.
Feel the warmth of their palm,
The size of their hand.
Gently cup your right hand,
Holding their hand in yours.
Gently open your left hand and feel how your loved one places their hand into your left hand.
Feel the warmth of their palm.
Feel the size of their hand.
Gently cup your left hand,
Holding their hand in yours.
As you sit in this meditation,
Holding hands together,
Feel the energy,
The unconditional love energy flowing through their hands into yours.
The energy that is healing you.
Feel that energy going up into your arms,
Up into your shoulders,
And into your heart.
Feel that loving energy filling your heart.
Filling it and flooding it.
Sit in this very moment,
Feeling very present.
Feeling love,
Presence,
Complete presence,
And absolute unconditional love.
You know that you are connected with that special loved one.
And there is energy,
Loving energy,
Flowing between the two of you.
Between you two and the universe.
Thank your loved one for this beautiful experience and for knowing that they are always around you.
Thank them for this wonderful connection.
Send them your love.
As they are slowly leaving,
Floating away,
With their hands on their hearts,
They are letting you know that they are always with you,
Always by your side.
You can talk to them.
They hear you.
As you see them floating away in the distance,
You know that part of them is always in you,
With you,
And within you.
And part of you is always with them.
Bring your attention back to your body.
Back to your room.
Back to your environment.
Notice the sounds in your room.
Notice the sounds outside your room.
Wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Roll your shoulders backwards.
Move your head side to side.
Without any rush,
You may open your eyes.
