Thank you for joining me in this meditation.
The space of presence,
Calm,
Peace and tranquility.
With ease,
We will walk into the zone of mindfulness acceptance and no resistance.
Without judgment,
Bridging your awareness to the present moment.
Releasing the thoughts of the past and removing them for projecting the future.
With love,
Compassion and complete openness,
Calmly accepting anything that arises.
In this space,
We will release our worries,
Anxiousness,
Fear and despair,
Allowing ourselves to drift into the state of presence.
And so we begin.
As you get comfortable,
Sit with your spine erected,
But relaxed.
Placing your hands on your knees and bring your attention to your breath.
Breathing slowly and deeply,
Move your awareness from your mind into your body.
Notice the sensations within.
Feel the air going into your body,
Coming in through your nostrils,
Going into the back of your throat.
Feel it rising your chest and expanding your abdomen.
Filling out your pelvis,
Your legs,
Your knees and your feet.
On your breath out,
Take a little extra time to exhale deeply and fully,
Completely breathing out.
Feel the air leaving you,
Deflating your lungs,
Relaxing your body and all of your muscles.
Through your sacred breath,
You are cleansing and grounding yourself firmly.
Your breath is travelling through your body,
Filling you with oxygen and not only,
Filling you with vital energy.
The most necessary energy for you in this moment.
Visualize yourself standing by the lake.
The lake is calm,
The water is crystal clear,
Serene and still as glass.
The dawn is just breaking crisp morning air,
Night and waking life again.
The water reflects the surrounding nature,
Tall green trees,
The sun,
The sky,
The clouds.
Barefoot you are standing firmly on the shore,
Feeling as if your feet are growing roots into the ground.
Sensing a little warmth and tingling in your soles.
There is nothing else now but you and nature.
The most mysterious,
Most mesmerizing nature around you,
Speaking in complete silence to you.
Feel it with your whole essence,
Soaking in.
This morning silence is soundless,
Almost piercing your ears.
You are enveloped in this enchanting energy,
Connecting with it,
Becoming one with all that is.
There is nowhere to be at this moment,
Nothing to do,
Nothing to resolve,
Nothing to worry about.
Be here and now in this moment,
This present moment.
Absorb it,
Allowing for this energy to completely saturate you.
Simply be.
Just be in the moment.
Simply be.
Take a moment and bring your attention to your body.
Go inwards.
Notice how your body feels.
Maybe you feel warmth,
Maybe some internal energy movement,
Just a gentle energy current through you.
Maybe the feeling is neutral.
If any thoughts arise,
As they naturally do,
Maybe they are thoughts from the past,
Maybe a worry about the future,
Taking you out of the precious moment of presence.
Don't get disappointed,
Don't get discouraged,
Don't attach or identify with any thought.
Simply acknowledge without judgment.
This is what it is,
There are thoughts,
And let them drift away with breeze.
Imagine now,
Any thought coming through to you takes the form of a small rock in your hand.
Spend a moment to observe it.
Notice its uniqueness in your mind's eye.
Is the rock small or large?
Is it heavy,
Light or weightless?
Is it smooth or is it abrasive?
What color is it?
Whatever form it comes in,
Just feel it.
Gaze upon it in a relaxed manner.
Be the silent watcher.
It came into your awareness as a thought,
As a mental object.
There is no need to judge it or resist it.
Feel it in your palm without any attachment.
You don't need to carry it.
Just hold and feel it for a brief moment.
You have the power to release it,
The power of letting go.
Let it go.
Drop it in and watch it sink with gravity,
Slowly reaching the bottom,
Rippling the surface.
You are letting go of something that's not serving you anymore.
The thought is gone.
The water lies motionless again.
The lake is smooth as glass,
Reflecting nature that's around you.
Your mind is clear and spacious.
The thought has been released and you feel lighter,
Calm and more at ease.
The surface of the water is smooth as glass again,
Still as an empty ice arena.
Feel your presence,
Feeling being in the moment.
The mind is empty,
Blank as a fresh new page.
Nurture this vibration for as long as it is possible.
If another thought arises,
As it naturally does,
Find it taking place as a rock in your palm again.
Observe its shape,
Feel the surface,
Its weight,
Its size.
Notice the sensations.
Don't attach to it,
Don't identify with it.
Just feel it,
As if you are watching it with your mind's eye.
And now,
Release it in the water.
Watch it disappear,
As it causes ripples across the surface.
The lake became calm again in no time.
And so is your mind.
As you watch each rock sinking beneath the surface,
Your worries,
Problems,
Unhealthy challenges and anxiety are dissolving slowly.
Making your mind clearer and still as the water in front of you.
With each rock that is released,
It becomes clearer and clearer.
You no longer need to hold on to those thoughts.
They sank,
Dissolved and gone with the wind.
Leaving you with a calm,
Relaxed and spacious mind.
The lake is tranquil and so is your mind.
Bring your attention to your breath.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Moving your attention from your mind to your body again.
Feeling peaceful,
Calm and at ease.
Just as the lake in front of you.
Observe and focus on its beauty.
The water is crystal clear and calm.
You see the plants sway gently in the current.
Fish are moving gracefully through the water.
As you look down,
You see your feet submerged in it.
The sun is shining through,
Reflecting on your face.
Colorful rocks on the bottom are illuminated.
The air and water smells earthy.
Stay present in this moment.
Deeply feeling this sensation.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Stay within yourself.
Go inwards.
Into the very depth of your core.
Stay still in there.
Visualize yourself diving deep into the water of the lake.
You are weightless and you can breathe underwater.
Effortlessly,
You are moving through the depths of it.
The water is quiet.
Spacious and tranquil.
And so is your mind.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Come back to your breath.
Come back to your body.
Notice all your body parts and inner organs.
Feel the difference within yourself.
Feeling light.
Peaceful.
Centered.
Balanced.
Aligned with your inner soul.
Calm.
Filled with inner strength and creative potency.
Continue with this frequency in life.
You will attract what you emanate.
