Transcript

Welcome to this 5 minute meditation plus energy healing.

Place yourself in a comfortable position.

We'll start by taking a nice deep breath into the lower belly and exhaling.

Find your connection with your lower dan tian.

This is an energy center located about 2 inches below your belly button.

For 3 breaths,

Breathe directly into the lower dan tian and visualize your breath bringing sparkles into your lower dan tian.

In this way,

You are using your intention to extract the life energy from your breath to bring it into this amazing energy center.

So breathe in and exhale.

Breathe in,

Bringing in the sparkles into your lower energy center.

One more time,

You're breathing in energy and life force into your energy reservoir.

And with the last exhale,

Release all the tension that you have in your body.

Now as you continue with your breath work,

Choose one of your hands and place all of the finger tips and thumb tips together,

So it's almost like a bird beak.

And find the very top of your head,

The apex of your head,

Has another energy center called governing vessel 20.

When you stimulate and activate this point,

It can bring a lot of energy upward and increase alertness in the system.

So breathe into your lower dan tian and use your little bird beak to just tap the top of your head gently.

So tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap,

Tap gently,

Lightly,

But firmly enough that you're feeling it.

And now just soften your awareness and feel your energy building as you stimulate your lower dan tian and the crown of your head.

So you're bringing life force from your breath into your body and allowing it to disperse upward and throughout your whole system.

So continue this practice for the next minute as you receive an extra energy boost from this energy healing session.

So now that you've activated the energy within you and created an uplifting directionality to the flow,

We want to ensure that you ground back down so that you are not creating too much energy that's imbalanced in your upper body.

Visualize that the bottoms of your feet have amazing tree roots that grow out of them and allow these roots to extend down,

Down,

Down,

Down,

Down into the earth,

All the way down to the heart of the earth.

And just like tree roots,

These roots of yours have a two directional movement.

You can receive grounding energy from the earth and you can release all the tension,

Emotional baggage and blockages that no longer suit your highest good into the earth for it to be recycled.

Allow yourself to experience this transformation and notice how your energy feels now compared to before the meditation.
