Welcome to today's meditation.
Allow your body to come into a restful position.
Allow your eyes to close and move your awareness inward.
Guide your awareness into the sensations of the body.
And as you begin to connect more deeply with the sensations within,
You may notice that your mind begins to take more of a background hum than being in the forefront of your awareness.
Feel whatever sensation is being offered by the body and as best you can release judgments that come,
Release expectations and simply be guided by the information from your body.
Lightly allow your awareness to notice if you are placing a lot of effort in this moment.
And if you are,
Allow whatever effort you notice to soften.
Allow it to just fall away.
Reduce your level of concentration and sink more and more deeply into the guidance coming from your body.
Choose one sensation that stands out to you the most.
And allow your awareness to move further into this sensation while you approach it with a sense of curiosity.
Very lightly ease into the sensation and allow that to be all that you are wanting from this experience.
No outcome,
No expectation,
No resistance.
All you want to do is curiously ease in to the information being offered to you by the body.
And take a few moments to allow this to occur.
Maintain your awareness on curiously exploring sensation.
And redirect yourself back into connection with sensation every time the mind starts to chatter.
Experience what it may feel like for you if you reduce your level of concentration,
Become softer and more gentle with yourself and continue easing into whatever sensation is still present for you.
Let go of any stories that arise and stay with just the sensation within the body.
And as you continue easing in,
Begin to notice if there are sensations that come along with the releases that you are inducing within your nervous system.
The releases can be felt as a sense of tingling,
Warmth,
Coolness,
Airiness,
Vibration or emotional release as well.
Allow those processes to happen alongside of what you're doing while you curiously ease in to whatever sensations remain within the body.
Continue to softly ease in to the sensations you feel,
Releasing stories and allow yourself to receive more energy healing.
Lightly bring your awareness into your entire system and notice if you feel softer,
More open,
More grounded and calmer than before the meditation.
Every time you return to a practice like this,
You are unwinding a layer that is trapped within your system.
Every time these are unwound,
You release something that you stored in your past and this allows your nervous system to move toward better regulation,
To move toward softness and calmness.
And as we do energy healing together,
The vibrations act as a source for your nervous system to co-regulate with.
And this source is much calmer and more balanced than what most nervous systems are used to experiencing.
And so when you feel ready,
Bring your awareness back into your physical form,
Wiggling your toes,
Wiggling your fingers.
And when it feels right,
Allow yourself to open your eyes and re-engage with your surroundings.
Allow this sense of calmness and stillness within to walk with you for the rest of your day.
