Start by connecting with your inner realm with no judgment,

No story behind each sensation.

Allow your awareness to become one with your nervous system.

Receive the information that is always being given to your mind,

To your brain,

From the body's nervous system.

As you gently open to receiving this information,

Allow your mind to move further into the body connecting more deeply with the information that is being shared.

Allow each sensation,

Thought,

Pressure,

Or emotion that comes up to just do that.

Come up and move through you and out.

And when we become attached to any of these thoughts and sensations,

We create a capsule for it,

Which traps it within us.

So,

Allow yourself to hold the intention of spaciousness,

Allowing,

And just being clear,

An empty vessel,

An open window,

An open door,

Where all of these sensations just move through you.

Place your awareness in the body versus in the mind and simply allow.

Allow things to come up,

Move through,

And unfold at their own natural pace.

Allow yourself to receive the energy healing that is coming through for you in this moment.

When we are feeling stuck or blocked,

There's a physical sensation that feels like a lack of motion,

That feels like pressure or tightness,

And conversely,

When we are in the flow and allowing flow,

It feels like flow,

Similar to how an unimpeded river flows easily between its banks and how wind may flow easily through an open window.

Allow yourself to be that vessel that is allowing this flow.

Sense within yourself now different locations where you may be feeling a barrier to flow,

A resistance to allowing,

And even within that sensation,

You open to the experience of feeling any ounce of spaciousness within it.

We are all made of energy and it doesn't take up any space,

So we can allow ourselves to connect with that spaciousness and allow the spaciousness within to generate an opening for us and allow yourself to feel the spaciousness expanding,

Clearing for you as you sink into this moment.

Receive the energies that are moving through for you and allow the softness that is our natural state to come up,

To expand,

To create a dynamic harmony that flows throughout your whole system.

Engage with any pain,

Tightness,

Tension,

Letting it just be its own experience that can unwind at its own natural pace.

And as you continue to practice in this way,

In every small moment throughout your day,

You create the opportunity for deep spiritual growth,

Physical improvement,

Emotional balance,

And overall wellness.

You create the opportunities to move in the direction that you wish to move in when you allow yourself to soften and receive.

So for the next few moments,

Sink into the sensations within your body with no judgment,

No expectations,

But with trust,

Knowing that what you feel is right,

What you feel is appropriate.

And if you don't like it,

If it's not what you want to be feeling,

Allow yourself to let it go and let it move through you and let it unwind.

So spend a moment there now,

Allowing,

Unwinding,

Staying with sensations in the body,

Allow the energies to move through you,

For you.

And remember that simply with your intention and trust,

Your whole system can open to a greater flow.

So take note of how you feel now.

Notice if some tensions are softer,

Some pressures have dissipated,

And repeat this process as often as you like,

As often as you can,

To help your inner self align with your soul's path.
