Transcript

Welcome.

To begin this meditation,

Find a comfortable resting position.

Allow your body to come into a resting state.

This may include moving your awareness through your different body parts,

Scanning from your toes,

Up your feet,

Into your ankles,

Legs,

Hips,

And allowing each body part to rest,

Become heavy,

And let go.

As the energy healing begins to flow,

Allow your awareness to continue moving up from your hips into your lower back,

Mid-back,

Upper back,

Into your pelvis,

Your abdominal muscles,

The inside of your abdominal cavity,

And up into your chest,

From your chest into your shoulders.

Down your arms into your wrists,

And your hands and fingers,

And moving back up your arms into your neck and your throat.

Continue to release any holding points from your shoulders,

Neck,

And throat into your scalp and your face.

So,

Lightly rest your awareness in the muscles of your forehead.

Release holding in your eyebrows,

Your eyelids,

And all the little tiny muscles around your eyes.

Release the tension from your cheeks,

Your jaw,

Your mouth and tongue,

And your chin and back down the front of your neck.

From here,

Continue to allow yourself to open to receiving the energy healing that's coming through.

I notice that as you soften each of your physical body parts and have the intention of allowing each component of your physical self to receive energy healing,

You may find that the energy flow starts to happen much more easily or become much stronger in your awareness.

Sometimes it's not that the physical holding prevents energy movement,

But our softness and willingness to experience softness allows us to feel the energy movement more easily.

So continue to allow the release of all your holding points and soften your concentration more and more.

And notice if there are areas in your body that feel like they are changing in temperature.

Sometimes when blockages release and open,

There's a sense of coolness or wind.

Conversely,

Sometimes there's a surge of heat and this can flood through your entire body.

Sometimes there's a very gentle softening that gradually becomes deeper and deeper.

So spend the next two minutes allowing your awareness to soften and soften to sink deeper and deeper into the depth of who you truly are within.

Gently move your awareness throughout the different areas of your body that still have points of holding.

And if there's one that is communicating with you the most in this moment,

Spend extra time resting your awareness in this location.

You simply rest without doing anything while you softly allow yourself to be with sensations of discomfort or tension.

Your intentional awareness as your higher self who's gently witnessing the beingness of the tension or the discomfort allows that tension to unfold and evolve.

And through that sensation of an unfolding,

It is communicating with you and once it has completed its cycle of communication it releases itself from your system.

So for these next few moments continue to allow your awareness to be in this deeper state while you rest being without doing within the holding points of the body.

And the energy healing will support you in this process.

And if you'd like to continue in this way then allow yourself to maintain this soft connection with the deeper you,

The higher self as you continue to explore these points of pressure in the body.

But if you'd like to just relax and completely let go of any doing,

Any focus,

Any holding you can simply rest in this healing state of awareness and experience the energy healing.

As it directs itself through your body.

In this moment you may feel a gentle tugging at the throat encouraging honest and open communication that speaks your truth.

Simply allow this energy to swirl and support you however you need to be supported.

And as the energies in the throat open you may feel the neck and shoulders release further.

And these energies reconnect the communication of the throat with the energies of the heart.

Experience within yourself if you can sense the opening that's occurring in the chest.

Simply be with every sensation that arises and allow it to demonstrate its needs,

Its pathways and its communication style with openness and acceptance.

There may be a sense of tingling,

Softening,

Airiness and flow within the chest.

This may echo through the body from the front all the way out the back.

Perhaps between the shoulder blades,

Perhaps between the shoulders.

Perhaps elsewhere in your body everything is connected.

Allow the energies to continue to open further down into the diaphragm area at the base of the ribs and into the entire abdominal cavity.

Supporting the healing and optimized energy flow for the organs,

For the blood vessels,

For the nerves,

The connective tissue,

The fascia and the muscles of your entire abdominal and pelvic cavities.

And as the abdomen releases its trauma and holding patterns,

Notice if you can feel this energy also moving into the muscles and the vertebrae of the mid and lower back.

Continue to soften your awareness of the energy movements and allow your awareness to encompass your whole body as you gently receive the energies wherever they are needed for these next two minutes.

Softly maintain your awareness on experiencing sensation as you redirect the thinking mind and continue to receive the healing that is coming through.

Notice within yourself if you can identify a thought process and if you can notice the thinking mind,

Simply let it express itself without following its thought and again return your awareness to sensation.

Curiously notice how you experience energy movement,

Energy flow and openings where there used to be blockages.

When you become aware of your entire system notice if it feels different than how you are used to experiencing your system.

It can be heavier,

Lighter,

More open,

Expanded.

You may have emotions of joy,

Perhaps of sadness,

Perhaps you're more aware of discomfort than you were before.

When we dissolve the defenses and protective mechanisms the signs of discomfort can now reveal themselves to be released.

This is true for the emotional body and the physical body and they're simply guideposts to help us unwind the next thing.

The less we see them as points of frustration and the enemy and the more we see them as simply stepping stones in the path of healing the more we can foster this feeling of soft acceptance that allows the healing to truly occur on a deep level.

So for now return your awareness to the physical body as you allow your fingers and your toes to become more wiggly and allow yourself to stretch and reconnect with the physical form.

Notice two things that you can hear.

Notice one thing that you can smell.

And when you feel ready open your eyes and reconnect with the external world while you still maintain the softness that you've achieved from this session.
