Begin this chakra healing session by settling into a comfortable position.
Find a space where you can feel like your muscles and your mind are free to just relax and let go.
As you gradually sink into your comfortable state,
Just notice if there are any adjustments that you could make to become a little bit softer and more comfortable.
As the comfort and relaxation starts to settle in,
Turn your attention inward and then allow your intention to be that of connection with your energetic self.
Allow your awareness to drift to the very base of your spine,
At the base of your tailbone,
And extending downward.
Notice how you feel as you connect with your first chakra.
If you experience any sensations of tightness,
Tension or discomfort,
Soften your concentration and lightly allow your awareness to ease into the sensation that you experience,
Really gently,
Moving so slowly into it that it is given the opportunity to unwind and release gently,
Easing into any sensations you feel and just be curious how your first chakra may become clearer and more open through this gentle,
Caring and loving attention.
With your intention,
Guide your first chakra to open to its optimal healthy state.
You can just say,
First chakra,
Open to your optimal healthy state and as you experience this change,
Be curious how your chakra may release any energies,
Emotions and blockages that no longer serve you and in your curiosity,
You have ignited the option for this chakra to release.
Just wait as it clears itself.
Release your need to do something and fix it and as it continues to heal and balance itself,
Maintain your curiosity about how your chakra might do that,
Just balance itself and harmonize with your physical body,
Supporting your pelvic health,
Your lower organs,
Your legs,
Your hips and allow your curiosity to be a driver for change.
Now that your chakra is more open and more balanced,
Bring in a light energy,
Traditionally they say it's red,
But you bring in the correct light energy that you intuitively feel is best for your healing and just allow this chakra to become brighter and stronger and more connected to the earth and to your physical self.
As you begin your work on your second chakra,
Place your awareness one or two inches below your belly button and move your awareness into the body.
Connect with the sensations that flow through your second chakra,
Your sacral chakra and just notice how it feels.
For any tensions,
Blockages or pressures that you feel,
Simply sit with them,
With no judgment and allow your awareness to soften,
Soften again and soften further and you'll notice that as you truly move your awareness into a soft,
Soft state,
The pressures within your sacral chakra will start to shift and unwind on their own.
So as the energy healing comes through,
Allow yourself to sit with this very gentle transformative softness while resting your awareness in your second chakra and simply allow it to balance itself.
You may feel it opening,
Clearing,
Releasing.
You may feel physical changes like warmth in your lower back or a tingling in your lower abdomen.
You may feel a sense of airiness and energy flow or fluidity and whatever comes through is something for you to experience and trust.
These are all signs of opening and energy movement and as you allow it to flow and change,
The chakras are supported by your soft intention.
And so you can use your intention to shift toward curiosity about how this chakra could clear itself,
Heal itself and balance itself and you just wait,
Softly letting the change occur.
You may feel energies moving and opening all the way up your back.
You may feel it echoing outward across your whole lower abdomen.
And into your pelvis,
You may be able to feel the connection points in the center of your body between your first and second chakra and your second and third chakra.
And as you soften and build your skills of perception,
You'll notice that you can very easily influence these energy centers to open,
To close,
To flow,
To harmonize.
And you can ask them to support your physical body,
Your emotional body and your mental body.
And as your second chakra opens,
Start to notice if your digestive function improves,
If your pelvic health improves,
If muscle holding in your lower back and gluteal muscles start to improve.
And lightly bring in a healing light that flows into your second chakra and just allow it to be nourished by the earth and by the universe.
And allow this nourishment to echo through into your entire system.
Softly shift your awareness into your solar plexus,
Which is right at the base of where your ribs meet on your abdomen.
And move your awareness into the body.
And notice how you feel.
If there are butterflies,
Tension,
Hardness,
Softness,
Whatever's there is what you can start to work with.
And so rest with the sensation there without doing anything.
And as you rest in the sensation of your solar plexus or third chakra,
Feel your breath as it moves in and out of this chakra.
Almost like you're breathing from this point in your body.
With every breath in,
You are breathing energy into this chakra.
And with every breath out,
The universe is breathing the energy of this chakra into itself.
And in this way,
Your breath can give motion to support the transformation that happens within the chakra by itself.
So continue to allow your breath to move the energy within this chakra.
And allow that movement to dissolve tensions,
Emotions,
Discomfort,
Stories,
And anything else that doesn't serve your highest good.
And as you breathe softly,
And allow this transformation to occur on its own,
Kindly allow your awareness to move away from this chakra.
Just softening,
So it's like you're not staring at it as closely anymore.
You're giving it space to transform how it needs to transform to become more balanced.
So experiment with softening your awareness even further and concentrating less on your solar plexus.
And as you maintain your focus on being soft,
Allow a slight peripheral awareness to still maintain its connection with your solar plexus chakra.
And just see how it changes.
You may notice that it starts to feel more full.
It may feel like it's moving and changing the flow of your intestinal tract.
You may feel an opening across your whole diaphragm.
And in this way,
Your breath may naturally change to a more balanced rhythm.
Allow these transformations to happen as you softly drift in a very gentle conscious state.
And allow the balance and flow and motion from your solar plexus chakra to nourish your sense of self,
Nourish your personal power,
Nourish your digestive organs and your breathwork function.
And also allow your spine and your vertebrae to receive the flow of energy from this chakra,
Opening your entire middle back.
This opening echoes up and echoes down through your upper and lower back into your neck and shoulders.
And as you breathe while experiencing the sense of your personal self from this chakra's perspective,
Allow that to be the guiding energy for the choices you make through the rest of your day.
Softly move your awareness into your heart chakra,
Intuitively know where this is located.
Some sources say it's right in the middle of your chest.
Some say it's a little higher,
A little lower,
But only you can know within you where you experience your heart chakra.
Trust your instincts.
Move your awareness deeper and deeper and deeper into this beautiful and connective energy.
It is the junction between your upper and lower three chakras,
And it's a distribution point of energy for your whole body.
And so move ever so slowly and gently deeper and deeper into this chakra like there's an infinite well that you're traveling into.
And as you move inward,
Feel the expansion that comes outward into you.
It's like you're unleashing an infinite supply of energy that exists only to nourish you,
To support your healing,
And to guide you in every way in your life.
So,
Continue to ease into this fourth chakra and simply cultivate the intention to release any blockages,
Tensions,
Emotions,
And feelings that come up as you ease into this infinite chakra.
Your intention guides the release,
And your movement supports the movement of this energy.
And so use your intention to ask that this chakra open to its optimal healthy level,
And that it releases every energy that isn't yours and that no longer serves you.
And if you notice you're resisting,
Then feel the resistance and softly breathe motion into it.
The motion carries your resistance to a point of dissipation,
And in this way you can release more and more blockages,
Deeper blockages.
And as these blockages open,
Allow your heart chakra to bring in the most optimal light frequency that helps it heal and brighten,
Strengthen,
And flow with a greater more harmonious wholeness to support you in every way.
And as you continue to still ease into the infinity of this cyclone of energy,
Allow its power and its energy to echo through your entire system.
From your chest up,
Down,
Left,
Right,
Out,
360 degrees around you in every direction.
Bringing vitality,
Love,
And acceptance to every layer and plane of your existence.
And notice as this chakra opens if you can feel more lightness,
Joy,
Peace,
Love.
And if you feel the heaviness of trapped emotion still moving through,
Stay with the meditation,
Stay with your chakra until it has released everything that it is willing to release in this moment.
Drift your awareness into your neck.
And in this way,
Softly feel internally to notice if you can find your fifth chakra,
Which is your throat chakra.
Find a sense of holding,
Discomfort,
A sensation of a lump in your throat.
All of these can become entry points to unwind the energies in your fifth chakra.
And so sit gently within the sensations in your throat.
And from a place of non-judgment,
No drama,
No story,
Be curious how the energies that you already feel may transform as you bring a sense of compassionate forgiveness into this area.
So within you,
Experience a sensation of forgiveness.
And as you feel this sense of forgiveness,
Allow it,
That sense,
To interact and interface with the sensation of holding in your throat.
Allow the sensation of forgiveness to be the most dominant sensation.
And allow its power and its vibration to be that which dissolves the tightness in the throat.
So feel the feeling of forgiveness,
True forgiveness.
A forgiveness that comes from the depth of who you are.
Not a conceptual idea of forgiveness.
You're feeling the sensation of really releasing.
Notice if you can experience the tensions dissolving and expanding.
Expanding into something clear,
Beautiful.
Echoing out from you in waves of clear communication with a purity that holds no baggage,
No grudges,
No harshness.
And allow this clarity to turn inward back into the chakra itself.
So that the clarity can create,
For this chakra,
A new balance of openness.
A release of attachment to others.
A release of attachment to old or wrong or blocked stories.
And experience this clearing moving all the way through out the back of your neck.
And as your neck becomes more open,
It releases the tension you hold in your shoulders.
And the tension you hold at the base of your skull.
And as you experience this open flow,
Allow the chakra,
This energy gate,
To bring in the quality and frequency of light that supports its growth and its expansion.
Lightly bring your awareness to the area behind your eyes.
Notice if you can sense a feeling of softness or pressure.
Whatever you experience here,
Is your gateway to opening into a deeper experience.
So allow your awareness to stay with the sensation behind the eyes.
And really gently move deeper into it by softly inching in with no agenda,
No plan.
Just curiously explore this area by easing in as gently as possible.
With your soft movement,
Allow yourself to experience and accept that there may be an associated sensation of expansion.
You're easing into the sixth chakra,
The third eye.
And with your gradual movement of awareness into this energy center,
You can create transformation of how the energies flow and how the energies receive.
And how you connect and listen to the energies and information that come through from this energy center.
The motion of your consciousness connecting with your third eye.
Generates a flow that opens,
Unblocks and releases stuck energies,
Old emotions,
Attachments or the energies of others that are no longer valuable for your growth.
So curiously explore this energy center as you ease in and allow the sensations of its opening to flow out the front of your forehead as well as out the back of your head.
And accept the expansion and the growth that occurs as you release old beliefs and old patterns.
And bring in a healing vibrant light that floods the chakra with energy and loving support.
You may feel the shift in the perception of light behind your eyelids.
You may notice a change in the flow of thoughts within your mind.
You may hear whispers or have feelings of knowingness that come through as very subtle threads hinting at the opening of your intuitive skills.
The more you work with creating opportunities for these openings and the more you trust and listen for these changes,
The more easily you will develop your skills of intuition and your innate trusting of yourself.
Begin to sense how the top of your head feels.
This is where you connect with your seventh chakra,
The crown chakra.
Common sensations can be a feeling of tingling,
Airflow like a light breeze,
A sensation of pressure or tension,
There may be heat or coolness.
And as you practice tapping into these sensations,
You will begin to develop a higher level of sensitivity to experiencing the energy flows in each energy center as well as throughout the body.
When you become more aware of the subtle shifts in energy,
You will learn to be able to change the energy flow before they develop into physical symptoms.
So while you rest in your crown chakra,
Trust your senses as you detect the different types of fluid motion that you're able to feel.
As you breathe,
Visualize that you are bringing in light and energy,
Light energy from the universe into the crown chakra.
This chakra extends like a cone above your head and you can just visualize it receiving the healing and loving energies that surround you.
These energies help to stimulate and clear the energies of your energy gate,
Your seventh chakra.
And as your seventh chakra starts to open,
Heal,
And release old energies,
You may be able to feel the energy flow echoing down your spine,
Down your neck,
Down your back,
Into your front body,
And pouring over your shoulders.
Notice if you can feel a shift in the softness of your thinking mind.
And gently move your awareness throughout your body,
And then back into your crown chakra.
Back again into the body,
And into the crown chakra.
And just notice as you do this,
If you can sense the specific frequencies of your crown chakra flowing deeply throughout all of you.
These chakras don't work in isolation,
Separated from the rest of you.
And so kindly and gently and compassionately,
Ask your crown chakra to open to its optimal healthy state.
Ask it to receive,
And ask it to release.
And express gratitude to your crown chakra for its support in connecting you with the greater energies that surround you.
Softly lean into the wisdom and the support that you receive through this energy gate.
And as you surrender to this greater knowledge,
To this deeper experience of being,
Allow that sensation of softening to move all the energies in the body.
To release anything in the body that is no longer helpful for your growth.
And as you move forward with your day,
Allow this guidance to become more and more clear,
And more and more prevalent in every decision that you make today.
And with this new clarity,
Allow yourself to experience the benefits,
And the guidance,
And the support that comes from receiving healing energy.
Feel the nourishment that comes into your system,
And just simply allow that to disperse and echo through your entire system.
And as you move through the rest of your day,
Gently allow these energies to rebalance you,
And guide you,
And support you through every moment.
