So just go ahead and find yourself in your comfortable position.

So again,

Maybe on the back or on your sides,

However you need to be to be comfortable.

And then just take the next few moments to make any adjustments so that you don't need to move,

Right,

So that you feel comfortable and settled wherever you are.

And once you get there,

You can gently close your eyes.

And just start to notice the way you're breathing at this moment.

So breathing in and out through the nose.

No need to change anything.

Just being simply noticing.

So we're going to start to count down from 10.

So inhaling,

Exhaling 10.

Inhaling 8 and exhaling 8.

And continue this process.

And if you find at any point your mind drifts off and you forget where you left off,

Just start back at 10.

Taking about 5 more breaths in this space.

So wherever you are in the counting,

Just let that fade away.

Continuing to breathe in and out through the nose.

And taking an opportunity to imagine that when you inhale,

The earth rises up to hold you.

And as you exhale,

You sink deeper into the body and closer to the earth.

Taking the next few breaths to be closer to the earth and deeper and deeper in the body.

And throughout this practice,

As I call out points in the body,

You can simply envision a little star-like point.

You might even envision the planting of a seed if you have a desire that you wish to grow.

And so starting right between the eyebrows,

Plant your seed or notice the starlight.

Next,

Moving down to the throat center.

The right shoulder.

The right elbow.

The right wrist.

Planting seeds and starlight.

The tip of the thumb on the right hand.

The second finger.

The third finger.

The fourth finger.

And the pinky finger.

The wrist point.

The elbow.

The right shoulder.

The throat center.

Moving over to the left shoulder.

Planting seeds of light.

The left elbow.

The left wrist.

The left thumb.

The second finger.

The third finger.

The fourth finger.

And the pinky finger.

The left wrist.

The left elbow.

And the left shoulder.

Planting seeds of light.

Back to the throat center.

Down to the heart center.

To the right side of the chest.

Back to the heart center.

And to the left side of the chest.

And back to the heart center.

Planting seeds of light.

Down to the belly button.

And down to the pubic bone.

Over to the right hip.

To the right knee.

To the ankle.

To the big toe.

To the second toe.

Planting seeds of light.

To the third toe.

To the fourth toe.

And to the little toe.

To the ankle.

To the knee.

To the hip.

To the pelvic center.

And to the left hip.

Planting seeds of light.

To the left knee.

To the left ankle.

To the big toe.

To the second toe.

To the third toe.

Planting seeds of light.

To the fourth toe.

To the pinky toe.

To the ankle.

To the left knee.

To the left hip.

To the pelvic center.

To the belly button.

To the heart center.

To the throat center.

To the center of the brows.

Taking these next moments to feel the energy of these points in the body.

Allowing the light to brighten with every inhale and exhale.

Allowing the breath to deepen.

And bringing the attention to the heart.

Noticing the quality of the heartbeat.

Noticing the vibration which calls out like a drum.

Envisioning a little version of yourself.

Resting right in the heart center.

And with your inhale,

That little version of you braces itself.

And with the exhale,

That little version of you sinks into the heart.

Continuing this way.

With the inhale bracing you.

And the exhale allowing you to float deeper and deeper into the heart center.

As you move deeper and deeper into the heart.

You eventually notice a point where you wish to go no further.

And in this space,

Just take the next few moments to acknowledge wherever you are.

Surrendering to the deepening of the heartbeat.

And in this space,

You find that you are surrounded by light.

And in this space,

You have the opportunity to receive any messages from the heart.

And so take this moment to breathe in the messages.

While breathing out any doubt.

And now,

You are surrounded by light.

And now,

You are surrounded by light.

Allowing the body to be full of the heart's message.

Allowing the body to be full of the light in this space.

Inhaling as much as you can.

And on your exhale,

Just allowing that to gently lift you back up towards the heart center.

So allowing the exhale to just bring you back up as slowly as you need to.

Taking your time.

Coming back up to the surface.

And then,

You're going to inhale as much as you need to.

Another deep inhale.

And an exhale through the mouth.

Bringing you back to the surface.

Take another deep inhale.

As deep as you can.

Maybe even sipping more air at the top when you feel as though there's no more room.

And exhaling with a deep and a long sigh.

Noticing the body.

Thinking the body.

Thinking the heart.

And when you're ready,

You can roll over to either the right or the left side.

Maybe resting the hands underneath the head.

Just as if you had wakened up from a sleep.

And gently pressing yourself up into a comfortable seat whenever you're ready.

There is no rush.

So you can take the next few moments to write down any messages that you received or things that you felt or noticed in this practice.
