This guided meditation uses mindful awareness, self-acceptance, and the transformational power of gratitude to create positive change within yourself and your environment. I invite you to practice this guided meditation anytime and anywhere you happen to be. The element of air is always available to work with and assists you in creating more present awareness at the moment. The element of air empowers you to know that you not only can but do actively create your experience through the thoughts and feelings you allow or encourage to continue into your future. Please keep in mind that this takes time; just as it took years for your subconscious to form and be reinforced it will require patience and enjoying the journey to freedom or that which you chose to experience. Hi,

My name is Trinity,

And this is Trinity Gaia Consciousness guided meditation,

Working with element air for self-transformation.

If you find a comfortable seat,

Somewhere preferably calm and quiet,

If you can,

To be outdoors,

Take a deep breath to the count of four,

Hold for two,

And exhale for five.

And we'll do this twice,

Hold,

And exhale.

Inhale,

Hold,

And exhale.

Now I'll have you relax your breath,

No longer counting,

Just slow in,

Slow out.

Allow your mind to wander to all the sensations of air on the surface of your skin,

How it could be moving through your hair,

Especially if there's wind and you're outside.

Is there any scents in the air?

Possibly it's fall and you can smell the leaves,

Or it's summer and you can smell somebody's sun tanning lotion and it smells like beach.

Just become aware.

Notice these.

Take note.

Observe your reactions to the stimulus.

Now I'll have you expand your awareness to a little bit further away from your being,

To your immediate vicinity,

At least six foot radius or more.

You become aware of the objects in the space.

If there's a tree,

If there's wind rustling the branches,

If your eyes are open,

Can you see the leaves fluttering?

Pay special attention to those tiny details that you typically overlook of how the wind interacts,

The air interacts with your environment.

If you're indoors,

It could be from a fan.

Now speaking to yourself like you're your own best friend,

What is something that you are grateful for that occurred in the last 24 hours?

It could really be anything that made you have a moment of happiness,

A moment of joy,

An easing of the pressure.

And give that space.

Give it voice.

Give it recognition.

Tell yourself why you're grateful while breathing calmly and slowly.

Now we're going to expand that space of air that we're aware of even more while keeping note of those things that jumped out at us and we reacted to close to ourselves and within the first six feet or so of our being.

Now we're going to expand it even further about the size of,

Say,

Like a football field or a city block,

Pretty much the space that you could see within 300 feet or so,

And add in the visualization for what you can't see within that space.

I would invite you to close your eyes at this time.

This is the most healing part,

And you'll understand why.

I'd like you to bring to mind something that happened in the last 24 hours or so that you wish had happened differently,

Had been said differently,

Acted out,

Impacted you,

Something that you wish that you could change,

Improve upon,

Manifest differently should it occur again.

Speaking to yourself like you're your best friend with kindness and compassion,

Knowing that you're not perfect,

But that trying,

Showing up for yourself is the most loving thing you can do.

So being aware of all this space,

How free you are,

How much room you have to create,

Start with how it made you feel,

Move into how you would like things to be different,

And the end result that would be more desirable should this occur again.

Through this,

You are empowering yourself to create change,

Positive change.

Take a couple of deep breaths here as we fully process this conversation with love and compassion and self-acceptance.

I'll have you visualize at this point the sky,

And that there's clouds,

And that within these clouds,

There are your thoughts and your feelings that you wish to change,

And you're letting go as the cloud moves by of what you don't want to repeat,

The feelings,

The words,

The actions that you do not want to bring with you into your future.

Now,

With your eyes closed,

This is the reward.

In your life as a whole,

Trees,

Forest,

Say the forest is the last year,

Whereas last day was the tree.

What are you the most grateful for that has positively impacted your life?

And it doesn't even necessarily have to be a positive.

It could be a challenge that you had,

Something that was hard,

And you learned so much by healing through it,

And you're grateful for that lesson because you earned it.

You earned it.

You did the work.

And as you think of this specific thing with gratitude,

Acceptance,

Love,

Joy,

Maybe even a bit of relief,

There's a sense of peace that comes with this.

Take that peace with you as you expand your mind and visualize your awareness expanding,

Expanding,

Expanding way beyond what you can see.

You find yourself crossing from the atmosphere into space.

And you take a moment,

And you look back.

And you see the Earth,

And all the air swirling around its surface,

And a moment of gratitude that we live on this pale blue dot,

That we get to breathe this rich environment,

This air,

That we are alive,

And we are thriving.

Once again,

Speaking to ourselves with self-acceptance.

Perfection is an illusion because perfection is only perfect according to whom.

We love and accept the good that we embrace joyously within ourselves.

And we accept and love the parts we wish to transform.

Then we can work with those parts of ourselves because we're not resisting them.

We're accepting them.

I invite you to take the remainder of the recording to speak to yourself as you are your own best friend.

And then just breathe,

Knowing that this peace expands into the space that you've become aware of.

It is expanded to all that you can visualize.

Namaste.
