Hi beautiful souls,

Today's meditation will bring us to the present moment.

This short meditation is a very easy and simple way for us to ground ourselves and to center ourselves and to bring us back to the here and to the now,

To this very present moment.

I encourage you to find a comfortable space either seated or lying down and allow every muscle in your body to just relax.

I encourage you to close your eyes,

Notice any tension you may be holding in any area,

Any tightness,

Just allow yourself to release,

To relax.

Together we'll take a big breath in through the nose all the way to the top,

And when you're ready just release and exhale.

We'll take one more slow breath in through the nose all the way to the top,

And when you're ready exhale and release and relax.

We're going to say the words I am here and we're going to sync this up with our breath.

As we breathe in through the nose we say the words slowly I am here and we exhale.

Let's do this together,

Breathing in through the nose saying the words in your mind I am here,

Exhale,

And again breathing in through the nose saying the words I am here,

Exhale.

One more,

Breathing in through the nose saying the words I am here,

And exhale.

Allow your breathing to return to normal and allow yourself to feel yourself in this present moment.

And to end this meditation let's take a slow breath in through the nose all the way to the top,

And release and exhale when you are ready.

Thank you for joining me,

Have a peaceful day,

Have a pleasant day.
