Tia is a Yoga teacher at the 200 hour level, a personal trainer, and a brain longevity specialist. She teaches a variety of styles of yoga including Hatha yoga, body positive yoga, yoga nidra and Vinyasa Yoga. She has two children with varying disabilities which helped her develop her yoga teaching to be able to accommodate all body types and abilities.
