Welcome.
For this meditation,
Sit up with your back straight,
Keeping your spine erect.
Close your eyes.
Take a moment to make yourself comfortable,
And let's begin by taking a very deep and very slow breath in through the nose.
Hold it,
And exhale,
Relax.
Another slow breath in through the nose,
Hold it.
And exhale,
Relax into your body,
Hold it.
Another breath in through your nose,
Filling up your body,
Hold it.
And relax,
Exhale.
Last one,
In through the nose,
Slowly,
Hold it.
And release,
Exhale.
And now,
Just allow your breath to find its own rhythm.
And feel your body relaxing a little bit more with every breath that you take.
Allow your breath to become slower and to become deeper,
Relaxing your mind,
Relaxing your body.
And now,
Can you just rest as the awareness that is listening to my voice right now,
The awareness that is aware of the fact that you exist.
This awareness that exists behind your thoughts,
Behind your feelings,
Behind the sounds of the ocean,
And that is just aware of it all,
Observing it all.
You can imagine this like the sky,
Formless,
Fast.
Just become aware of that awareness and rest in it or as it.
See if you can get a sense of that.
Just pure beingness,
Free from anything,
Just existing,
Being aware.
And whenever you feel a thought coming up,
Just let it be,
Don't judge it,
Don't identify yourself with the thought.
Just accept it,
Let it go,
And slowly come back to this ever-present awareness that is beyond your thoughts,
Beyond anything.
Without this awareness,
You would not even experience anything at all.
So rest in it,
Surrender yourself to it,
Stay there,
Just be.
Nothing else.
And in this peaceful,
Open,
Empty-like state,
Maybe you can already feel the love coming up.
If you let go of everything,
You can see that love is all that remains when you go beyond your thoughts,
Beyond the ideas of your life.
Just observing yourself as pure awareness,
You can see that love is all that is.
It is the very nature of your being.
Feel that love.
Rest in that love.
If you cannot feel it right away,
Don't worry.
Just try to find it,
Allow yourself to be empty and feel,
If you can feel,
A tiny little spark of love somewhere within your consciousness,
A tiny spark of a good feeling.
Become aware of it,
Find it.
And if you find it,
If you can locate it,
Just focus on it.
Bring it to the forefront and put all of your focus on that feeling.
You make it stronger,
You give it momentum by focusing on it.
A peaceful feeling,
A loving feeling.
Bring it up,
More and more.
Imagine for a moment,
What would it feel like if you had an incredible sense of love for life,
For yourself.
And what would it feel like if you were loved unconditionally,
Infinitely,
By the universe,
By the creator of life.
Just feel that love shining within you and all around you.
You are loved.
You are loved by yourself,
By the universe.
Even if you do not see it right now.
Where you are is exactly where you need to be.
It is exactly what your soul needs in this very moment.
This is the way of the creator,
Showing its love for you.
Accept life as it is right now.
Feel the love.
This does not mean that a situation cannot be changed if it seems bad for you.
You have free will.
If you feel good to do so,
Then do it.
If there is nothing you can do,
Then just rest in love and know that you are supported,
You are guided,
You are cared for in every moment.
And feel this sense of love becoming stronger within you.
Surrender everything to this feeling.
Let it take you over,
Becoming love.
Realize your true nature is love.
I love you.
The creator loves you.
So love yourself and love the universe.
