Good morning.
For this meditation,
Sit up with your back straight.
Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position and close your eyes.
Let's begin by taking a deep and slow breath in through your nose.
Hold it.
And exhale,
Relax.
Relax.
Another breath,
Slow and steady.
Hold it.
And exhale,
Let all of the air flow out of your mouth.
And allow your breath to find its own rhythm.
Feel your breath flowing in and flowing out of your body.
And allow it to become deeper and to become slower.
As you feel your breath flowing in and out of your body,
Allow your body to completely relax.
And allow your mind to become more and more still.
Take a moment to scan your body and to notice if you feel any tension.
If you do,
Now is the moment to release it.
Consciously relax your body.
From the tips of your toes all the way up to your head,
Your forehead,
Your jaw.
Relax it.
Now,
Place your attention on the awareness that is aware of the fact that you exist.
Beyond your thoughts,
Beyond your emotions,
There is an awareness,
Always already present,
Aware of the fact that I am,
I exist.
Tune in to that awareness,
Don't try to understand it or give it a label with your mind.
Just allow yourself to be,
To be aware.
Whenever a thought comes up,
Just let it go and gently turn back to this awareness.
Rest as beingness,
Beingness itself.
Become more and more empty,
More and more naked,
Pure awareness,
Just being.
Welcome to the true self,
The self that always already has been and that always will be.
Formless,
Timeless,
Ever-present awareness.
Don't try to get there,
Just surrender more and more into doing nothing but being aware.
Surrender deeper.
Now,
Whenever you're ready,
You can slowly come back to your body.
Feel your body and open your eyes.
