Take some deep breaths and relax.
Relax your body.
Feel your body.
Take a moment to really connect to your body.
Feel it.
Become aware of it.
And as you become aware of certain parts of the body,
Relax them.
Let go of any tension you may feel.
Allow your breath to become deeper,
To become slower.
Now is the moment to relax.
You don't have to do anything.
You can just simply be.
Just exist without effort.
And now relax your mind.
Don't judge,
Don't identify with the thoughts that may arise.
Just like the waves in the ocean,
It doesn't matter if there are waves,
The ocean stays the same.
It is still the same water,
Unaffected by the waves.
Just allow your thoughts to flow by.
Just accept them as they are.
No judgment.
Just let them be.
Take another deep breath.
Can you become aware of the fact that you exist?
You are.
Not just as a human,
Not just as a physical body,
As your emotions,
As your human identity,
But as an awareness.
This awareness that has always already been here.
Never changes,
Never will change.
Tune into this awareness.
Allow it to move from the background to the foreground,
Taking over your thoughts,
Your physical sensations,
Your feelings,
Your identity.
Allow yourself to just be,
Just exist in this moment.
All your focus,
All of your attention,
In this awareness.
You are nothing else but awareness.
And realize that you,
The human you,
The physical you,
Your life,
It's all happening within this awareness.
There's nothing without it.
Without this awareness,
There would be nothing.
You would not even be able to experience your life,
To experience yourself as a human being.
So,
Who is it that you truly are?
The body,
Or this awareness?
This I am-ness,
I exist.
Be,
Just be.
Nothing else.
Just exist,
Nothing else.
This is who you truly are,
Infinite,
Always present,
Untouchable,
Unchangeable,
And just rest in that,
Relax in that.
Let it take over everything.
Stay present.
