Fall back into the original state of pure being — the silent awareness that exists before thought, before time, before the idea of “I.” This guided meditation invites you to completely let go — to stop searching, stop striving, and simply rest as the consciousness that has never moved. Beneath all stories, beneath all desires, there is a stillness that has always been here. It is your true self — infinite, loving, untouched. In this meditation, you are gently guided beyond the activity of the mind and into the essence of who you truly are. Each word, each silence, leads you deeper into recognition of the ever-present awareness that watches all things come and go. You begin to realize that awakening is not something to attain, but something to remember. It is the effortless return to what you have always been — whole, complete, and free.

Welcome.

Take a moment to find yourself a comfortable position in which you can deeply relax.

Close your eyes,

And take a deep and slow breath in through your nose.

At the end,

Hold it,

And exhale,

Allowing all of the air to flow out of your body.

Another slow and deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it,

And release,

And relax,

Settle into the moment.

Allow for your breath to flow in and flow out,

Effortless,

In its own rhythm,

Natural.

Relax all attention on your thoughts and your physical sensations.

By relaxing that attention,

Allow yourself to fall back into the original state of oneness,

Open,

And spacious,

Utter peace,

Beyond your mind,

There is open,

Free,

Don't hold on,

Don't cling to,

And do not grasp for anything,

All thoughts,

All sense objects,

Just leave them where they are,

Exactly as they are,

Free from any thought,

From any idea,

Just aware,

Completely peaceful by nature,

All form that appears,

Sound,

Smell,

Taste,

Touch,

Mental objects,

Leave them be,

But don't indulge,

Be formless,

Free awareness,

In which all arises,

No need to look for anything,

No need to reach anything,

No need to do anything,

By striving to find peace anywhere,

You prevent the recognition of true,

Unconditional peace,

Don't cling,

Don't fixate,

Just rest,

As the space,

Holding it all,

Spacious and free from everything,

Yet holding the entirety of creation,

Whenever anything arises,

Just leave it be,

For a moment,

Just don't indulge,

You have to do,

Because you already are,

Always,

An inescapable being,

Fall back into that being,

That is,

Before all mental projection,

That being,

That was never born,

And therefore,

Can never die.
