The Unfoldment Of Miracles: I Am Made Of Love

Holding on to guilt, blame, and judgment keeps us from recognizing the truth of who we are, and prevents the miracles we seek from demonstrating in our lives. Today's meditation is in the form of an affirmative prayer, as we open to and recognize the Light that dwells within us.

Hi, This is Teresa Conte. Today I'd like to share a short meditation in the form of an affirmative prayer with you about opening to the light, The light that dwells within us. Come back and listen anytime you may need a gentle reminder of who you truly are. Holding on to guilt, Remorse, Blame, Or judgment blocks us from seeing underneath the appearances of the mind's eye and thinking that we are somehow separate from the light that dwells within us. Today, I surrender all of my doubts, Confusion, Despair, Blame, Judgment, Remorse, And guilt to the light. And as I do so, I awaken to the truth, To the absolute truth that I am one with and made of love. And in that awareness, I recognize, Declare, And accept that I am love in action. I am born of love. I radiate love. I am the very essence of love. And so I open to the expression and demonstration of love in my life today and in and through all of my relations. I let go and let life's miracles unfold. And so it is. And so I let it be.
