We are living in uncertain times, leaving many of us feeling alone, isolated, and divided. According to the American Psychological Association, in 2025, more than six in 10 U.S. adults reported suffering from stress, societal division, and loneliness. And in 2018, the Minister of Loneliness was appointed in the UK to address the rising scale of loneliness across the country. But..we have power, and although we may experience feelings of loneliness, stress or division, at times, we are not helpless. We can learn to grow inner resources for safety, love, and feeling cared for. So settle in, relax, and soak in the feelings of safety, love, and being cared for. Music by Cris Norbedo
