Hi friend today,

I'm gonna guide you through something that is close to many of our hearts the anxiety of traveling While it can be daunting.

I'm here to help you and give you the tools you need to rest your soul With guided meditation you can take this with you To help ease those travel jitters So grab your headphones Find a cozy spot and let's get started Now if you're not already sitting in that trouble spot Picture yourself where you will be seated soon Surrounded by a sense of anticipation and excitement Mixed with just a touch of anxiety when you're ready to travel Now it's completely natural to experience a mix of these emotions To help calm your mind and soul during this journey,

We're going to practice a guided meditation together Now remember,

This is your personal space and you're in control of your thoughts and your emotions So first we're going to practice some grounding So if you have not already Close your eyes and take a deep breath in Feeling the coolness of the air passing through your nose As you exhale imagine releasing all the tension and stress letting it drift away with each breath Feeling your body become grounded Connecting with physical support of the seat beneath you Now visualize a connection with the earth Beneath the airplane or the wheels of your car you will be traveling Knowing that you'll always be safe and supported throughout this journey with the earth Envision roots extended from where you're seated reaching down to the earth Providing that support and absorbing its calm energy Allow this grounding sensation to anchor you and give you the strength that you need You will be supported this entire time throughout your journey Now take a moment to breathe in and breathe out Visualizing that connection that no matter where you go See these roots And see this connection Knowing you will be supported So now let's take some time for breathing Breathing Know that breathing is always your superpower You can take it with you no matter where you go Will always be there for you Offering a gateway to peace So take a moment to notice your breathing The rise the fall of your chest the gentle rhythm Within each inhale Imagine the positivity coming in the calmness of relaxation As you exhale release any doubts you might have any worries let in them go into the air Again breathe in that positivity Really breathe in that calmness breathe in that relaxation That support that you can provide to yourself And breathe out those worries that stress any doubts you might have So now let's take some time to breathe in silently And let's take a short time for counting breathe in count to one Breathe out Also with one and we're gonna continue this to ten.

So breathe in one Exhale one Focus on your breathing Allowing it to lead you into a deeper state of tranquility Your breathing is constant Reminding you of the present moment And continue this again until you get to ten By now you should have Got to ten.

So let's take one more deep breath in One more big breath out Now let's transport our minds into a tranquil serene place What's your happy place?

Visualize a scene that brings you immersed joy and serenity This might be a beach A mountaintop or a peaceful garden Imagine every detail What are the colors the sounds the smells Bask in the beauty of this imagery Allowing yourself to feel completely immersed in the tranquility As you breathe in the scene absorb all its positivity and energy Feel a sense around in your entire being Washing away any energy That may have been surrounding you with anxiety knees and instead visualize Being immersed in the positive energy Allow this visualization to transport you far away From any airplane cabin or a car that you might be traveling Offering solace in a moment of safety Take some time to smile Breathe slowly And enjoy the happiness Of the scene As you sit in this happy place We're gonna take some time for positive affirmations Because during times of anxiety Positive self-talk can be incredibly powerful So let's take some time to repeat these affirmations together I Should visualize sitting in this place of happiness Take a deep breath and say I am safe.

I am supported and I am in control either out loud or peacefully in your mind Repeat I am safe.

I Am supported and I am in control And exhale any of those lingering doubts Breathing out your anxious thoughts Let's repeat it again.

I Am safe,

I am supported and I am in control Continue continue in this affirmation practice repeat Comforting phrases that resonate with you Another one might be I am strong.

I am capable Repeat with me.

I am strong and I am capable And I am strong I am capable Remember you are in control And the only support that you need is the love and support of yourself So you're surrounded by the love and support of yourself and tell yourself I am surrounded by love and support Again I'm surrounded by love and support or time I Am surrounded by love and support Use these words to embrace Yourself and shield against any anxiety Allowing them to uplift yourself and empower you throughout your journey Gratitude is also a powerful tool for shifting our mindset away from anxiety and towards positivity So take this moment to reflect on the aspects of traveling that bring you joy and gratitude It could be the excitement of Exploring the new places that you're going to be the opportunity to meet new people Or maybe the people that you already know that you love Or simply the marvel of the journey itself For when you get there So take a moment in silence as we express gratitude And what about the journey that you are grateful for I Also want to express gratitude for a strong and capable body that enables you to embark on this journey Take a moment to reflect on the world's connection Realizing that every traveler shares a common desire for discovery and connection As gratitude opens our hearts Reminding us of the beauty that awaits us for this adventure Now as your journey draws to a close Gently return to the present moment With your toes and fingers and take one final deep breath Breathe in hold your breath for just a moment and now breathe out.
