By starting your day with affirmations,

You are cultivating a mindset of resilience and optimism that will carry you through challenges with grace and determination.

So let's try this practice to take a few moments to speak words of encouragement to yourself,

Recognizing your beauty and giving you the confidence you deserve.

Please take a few breaths before we begin and feel the water on your skin.

As I say these,

Repeat them with conviction either in your head or out loud.

I am a beautiful human being inside and out.

I am a unique work of art and every part of me tells a beautiful story.

My body is beautiful in this moment and at its current size.

My smile lights up the world.

I am beautiful just as I am.

When I release shame,

I move into myself more beautifully.

My body is worthy of being cared for and adorned.

I know I am beautiful as I am.

My sensitivity is beautiful.

My feelings and emotions are valid.

I feel confident in myself.

Now let's repeat them one more time.
