Through yoga and meditation, she discovered the power of slowing down and how even 10 minutes of yoga can shift everything. Laura teaches yoga as a pathway to meditation. Laura's classes are gentle, grounding and accessible for all bodies and all energy levels. She believes yoga is not about how the poses look, but how they feel, and meditation is simply an extension of that awareness.
