Take a moment to settle into a position that feels supportive.

Allow your body to fully relax.

Allow your awareness to turn inwards.

Notice your breath moving naturally.

Each breath carries life,

Energy,

And intelligence through you.

Bring your attention to the center of your chest,

The heart space.

Imagine this area gently lighting up,

Warm,

Open,

Expansive.

This is the center of intention and direction.

I am open to shifting my energy.

Now bring to mind a version of yourself who feels steady,

Supported,

And aligned.

You sense this version rather than analyze it.

You recognize the energy they carry,

Calm strength,

Quiet confidence,

Forward movement.

With each inhale,

Imagine drawing this energy closer.

With each exhale,

Feel yourself settling more fully into it.

You are aligning with who you are becoming.

Bring your awareness now to the base of your spine,
