Welcome.

Take a moment to settle wherever you are,

Sitting,

Lying down,

Or simply pausing in your day.

This short practice is designed to shift your energy,

Elevate your mindset,

And help you create a space where positive energy can actually find you.

There's nothing to force here,

Simply allow yourself to be open.

Take a slow breath in,

And let it fall out naturally.

Feel your body supported.

Notice the weight of your shoulders,

Your back,

Your legs.

Let yourself soften by just one percent.

With your next inhale,

Imagine drawing in fresh energy.

And with your exhale,

Imagine releasing anything that feels stale or heavy.

Again,

Inhale clarity,

Exhale the noise.

You're creating room for something better.

As you breathe,

Bring your attention gently to the space around your heart,

Without forcing anything.

Imagine a warm light gathering there,

A gentle brightness that represents possibility,

Hope,

And direction.

Let this light grow slightly,

Filling your chest,

Your shoulders,

And your mind.

This is your inner shift,

The place where positive energy begins.

Let these words move through you.

Take in the ones you need,

And let the rest fall away.

I am open to good things.

I attract what supports my growth.

My energy is becoming clearer and stronger.

I expect positive experiences,

And I'm ready to receive them.

Good things flow towards me,

And I move towards them.

Let that one settle.

You don't need to force positivity.

Just soften into it.

Imagine the warm light around your heart,

Expanding gently beyond your body.
