Hello this is Kumari.

Welcome to the heart's desire meditation.

This meditation is meant to bring you more into your heart space connecting with your inner being,

Your soul.

We'll do this meditation in a seated position.

Be sure you are stable and comfortable.

Feeling the hips,

Buttocks,

And legs.

Relax down.

Long spine all the way through the top of your head,

The forehead,

Cheeks,

Jaw.

All relax.

Allow the tip of your tongue to rest at front top gum and teeth line.

Shoulders,

Arms,

Hands,

All at ease.

Bringing your awareness back to the hands.

Join the thumb,

Ring,

And pinky fingers.

And now extend those fingers downward.

The pointer and middle finger touch the floor.

This is Bhu Mudra.

This mudra cultivates grounding,

A sense of security,

Of being held and energized by the earth.

Take a deep belly breath.

Feel the belly expand as you inhale.

And as you exhale,

Imagine your breath pressing down through your seat and fingers.

Breath flowing down into the earth.

And the inhale drawing earth energy up into your core.

Take five more full breaths here and say to yourself on each exhale,

I am grounded and one with the earth.

And now release that mudra and turn your palms up.

Breathe in and up the arms.

Touch the palms together and into Anjali Mudra.

And exhale the hands down in front of the heart again,

Scooping up sky energy,

Exhaling it into the heart center.

Repeat this movement five more times.

And on the exhale,

Saying to yourself,

I am one with the whole universe,

Scooping up the energy and then taking it deeply inward,

Affirming your connection.

After your five breaths,

Resting with hands at the heart center.

Now place your left hand over your right hand at the heart center.

Breathe in and feel your being beneath your hands.

Connect deeply with your heart center as you breathe.

Feeling your body move beneath the hands.

Repeat these affirmations.

I am one with the whole universe.

I am held.

I am safe.

I am loved.

And now ask yourself,

What is my heart's deepest desire?

What do I truly want for myself?

Take a moment to allow your innermost self to speak to you.

This could be something your soul has always wanted.

A new original answer could surface,

Or you could discover you don't really know.

All are perfect answers.

Trust that whatever you answer bubbles up is perfect for you right here,

Right now.

We will now do breathing to account.

Breathe in through the nose.

One,

Two,

Three.

Hold.

One,

Two.

Exhale.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four,

Five,

Six,

Seven.

And just taking a few natural breaths in between sets.

Ready.

Inhale.

One,

Two,

Hold.

Exhale.

One,

Inhale.

Hold.

Exhale.

Releasing the hands back into the lap,

Taking a few more natural breaths here.

Inviting a few deeper breaths in now as you begin to move your body in any way you feel called to.

Bringing the body back to stillness,

Slowly opening your eyes.

May you live your heart's desire.

Namaste.
