Today's gratitude is for the sacred temple that carries your soul and your spirit,
Your body.
Begin by closing your eyes and breathing into your body.
Let's do a soft body scan.
Start at the crown of your head.
Feel into your forehead,
Your eyes.
With each inhale,
Send appreciation.
With each exhale,
Soften.
I invite you to say this either to yourself or out loud.
And my body is wise and I listen.
My body is wise and I listen.
Your body is an oracle.
It speaks with sensation.
It protects you,
It supports you,
And it adapts for you.
Feel the reverence.
I invite you to take a moment to thank your body and carry that gratitude with you.
And tomorrow,
We breathe into presence and we anchor through gratitude.
