I'm grateful for my clarity.

Today we end week 2 by honoring your clarity,

The soft knowing,

The peace that arrives when your mind is clear.

So close your eyes,

Take a long breath in and exhale slowly out of your mouth.

Now picture a lake,

Still,

Quiet,

Reflective.

This is your mind beneath the surface noise.

Let the image ripple through your body and let everything settle.

I invite you to say softly,

My mind is clear.

I see truth with ease.

Let it echo.

You are not your thoughts,

You are the field beneath them,

The stillness,

The knowing.

Breathe in light and exhale fog.

Now visualize a breeze brushing across the lake's surface.

It's gentle,

It's calming,

And it clears any remaining distortion.

Your clarity is here in stillness.

I invite you to say again,

I see with clarity.

I move with truth.

Let that affirmation become a vibration inside your chest,

Inside your gut,

Inside your breath.

I see with clarity.

I move with truth.

Now take a minute of silence to let your clarity expand.

See how it feels just with being.

Let's return with this final breath.

Take a deep breath in,

Inhale light,

And exhale doubt.

You're clear,

You're grounded,

And you're ready.

You don't have to seek the answer when you are the clarity.
