Welcome to today's practice.

I invite you to get as comfortable as you can,

Either seated or lying down.

Close your eyes.

Take in a deep breath in through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth.

In through your nose,

Exhale through your mouth.

Allow your body to relax with each breath.

As you hear my voice,

Know that you're setting the intention to let go of any tension in your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Your hands,

Anywhere in your body that you might feel tense,

Just allow it to soften.

This is your time to realign with the energy of positivity,

Possibility.

Take in another deep breath in,

Feeling the fresh energy filling your body,

And as you exhale,

Release any lingering negativity or doubt.

Breathe in lightness,

And exhale anything that no longer serves you.

Breathe in and hold,

Exhale,

Release.

Now bring your awareness to the space between your eyes,

The center of your mind's eye.

Imagine a warm golden light beginning to glow there,

Radiating with confidence,

Joy,

And clarity.

As this golden light expands,

It dissolves any limiting beliefs,

Replacing them with thoughts of empowerment and optimism.

Silently or softly aloud,

Repeat after me,

I am open to the limitless possibilities of this moment.

I choose to see challenges as opportunities for growth.

I radiate confidence,

Joy,

And gratitude.

Everything is working out in my highest favor.

Feel these words settling into your being,

Becoming part of your truth.

Now imagine this golden light expanding beyond your mind and moving down into your heart,

Filling your entire chest with warmth and peace.

Let it spread through your entire body down your arms,

Into your fingertips,

Through your spine,

Your legs,

And your feet.

This light is pure,

Positive energy.

It is the energy of abundance,

Love,

And divine support.

You are deeply connected to this infinite source of well-being.

Take in a final deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself fully grounded,

Fully present,

And fully aligned with a positive mindset.

When you're ready,

Take in another deep breath,

And as you exhale,

Place your hands over your heart Seal in this positivity.

Feel a deep sense of gratitude for this moment,

For yourself,

And for the positive energy you've cultivated.

Carry this gratitude and this positive energy with you throughout your day,

Knowing that being positive is always available within you.

When you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.
