Welcome to this mindfulness meditation for clarity when you're ready to move forward.

Find yourself in a quiet comfortable space.

You can be sitting or lying down,

Whatever feels most supportive to you.

Close your eyes,

Soften your gaze.

Let's take a deep breath in together through our nose and exhale.

We're just gonna sigh it out.

Let's do that together again.

Inhale through your nose,

Hold for a moment at the top.

We're just gonna sigh it out.

Again,

Inhale,

Hold,

And sigh it out.

We're going to start by bringing our attention to the air that comes into our nose.

Notice the coolness on the inhale,

The warmth of the exhale.

Feel your body as you settle into this moment.

Allow yourself to focus on the inhale and the exhale.

Let go of any tension.

With each breath,

Allow your thoughts to slow like ripples settling onto a still pond.

Imagine your mind as a wide open sky.

Thoughts may drift in like passing clouds,

But you don't need to hold on to them.

Simply notice each thought and allow it to move on.

No need to analyze,

Fix,

Or engage.

Just observe.

If a thought feels persistent,

Acknowledge it with kindness and then gently return to your breath.

Allow yourself to place your hands over your heart center.

Feel the warmth of your own presence.

Feel that you are here.

You are whole.

Ask yourself softly,

What is the next step I need to take?

What do I need to move forward in my life?

What clarity do I know to be true in my heart?

As you breathe in and out,

There's no need to force an answer.

We're going to hold these questions with openness,

Unattached to the results.

We're going to start building trust that clarity is going to naturally arise on its own in time.

It could be now,

It could be later,

It could be a deep knowing on a soul level.

Just by knowing the clarity is coming because we are pondering on it allows the openness of the possibility to naturally come to us.

Return your attention to your breath.

Feel the support beneath you.

Feel the energy moving through you.

Feel life itself.

In this way,

Know that you don't need to figure everything out.

When we sit in this moment and breathe,

With every inhale we are welcoming clarity and with every exhale we're releasing resistance.

Inhale in clarity,

Exhale any resistance.

Exhale,

Just allow it to come out slowly,

Effortlessly.

Allow yourself to focus on your breath,

On this moment,

And allow yourself to know that you've set the intention,

That you're ready to move forward.

Then as you continue each step towards this goal,

A new part of the path becomes clearer and more solid beneath your feet.

Allow yourself to continue to inhale and exhale and bring in the feeling of joy and gratitude of knowing that these goals,

That this path,

That this clarity and certainty that you're looking for is already here.

Take in another deep nourishing breath,

Maybe the deepest one you've taken so far.

As you exhale,

Feel a golden light within you.

This light steadies you and you can feel your strength.

This light is your inner knowing,

Is always available to you.

As we quiet our minds and focus on this moment,

Feel this inner knowing guiding you.

Know that as you sit here and allow yourself to hear your inner knowing,

You settle into the strength that naturally resides in you.

As we end our practice,

Let's feel this energy that we gain from just taking a moment to be mindful and to set the intention to know what we need to move forward.

Let us start to build trust on that inner knowing.

Start to come back to your body and expand your awareness from just your breath to your whole being.

Feel where your body makes contact with the earth.

Start to bring some movement into your body as you wiggle your feet,

Wiggle your hands.

Stretch.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes.

Feel this presence and this strength.

I hope that you can carry this throughout the rest of your day and know that anytime you feel uncertain or impatient,

Then close your eyes and connect with your inner knowledge.
