Explore MeditationOriginally from Italy, Nicole moved to Australia in 2015 to complete a PhD in engineering. Along the way, she discovered yoga and meditation as powerful tools for navigating her own mental health journey. What began as a personal exploration led her to complete a 200-hour teacher training and Reiki training and start sharing these practices with others. She now teaches yoga in Fremantle, WA and is passionate about giving back—helping others find grounding, calm, and healing through movement, breath, and mindfulness. Together with her husband Brad, she co-created Acoustic Earth—a project born from their shared love of nature, sound, and stillness. Blending acoustic instruments with the gentle sounds of the natural world, their music offers space for reflection, connection, and inner peace.
