During this guided nocturnal meditation on forgiveness,

We will guide you through several stages to help you release negative emotions and find inner harmony.

First,

We will begin with a bodily relaxation to help you unwind and prepare for auto-suggestions and visualization.

This phase will allow you to focus on the process of forgiveness and liberation.

Finally,

To enhance your sleep,

We will continue with positive affirmations to reinforce positive changes in your subconscious.

Forgiveness requires courage,

Humility,

Perseverance,

But it is an invaluable gift that you give to yourself.

By choosing to forgive,

You release feelings of resentment and bitterness that can affect your emotional and physical well-being.

Forgiveness is a sign of strength and emotional maturity.

Let's begin the meditation.

Imagine yourself enveloped in a bubble of safety and kindness,

A space where you can feel loved and protected.

Make yourself comfortable and set the intention to relax,

Offering yourself this moment of you and you alone.

Let thoughts quietly pass like clouds in the sky without clinging to them.

I invite you to welcome all sensations that present themselves to you,

Whether pleasant or unpleasant,

Simply with an open and benevolent attitude.

And remember that there is no goal to achieve during this meditation except to be open and curious.

Simply focus your attention on your scalp and invite it to relax.

Then direct your attention to your forehead.

Welcome all sensations that manifest there,

And imagine it as a peaceful lake that gradually releases all agitation and regains its natural calm.

Take time to feel every small muscle around the eyes,

The wings of the nose.

Release your jaw.

Let your tongue rest completely in the oral cavity.

Slowly move down to your neck,

Offering them gentleness and comfort.

Imagine yourself removing a backpack after a long walk.

Feel your shoulders relax,

Freed from their burden.

Continue by wrapping your arms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Hands in benevolent tenderness right to the fingertips.

Become aware of your chest,

Abdomen.

Simply noting that breathing happens naturally without your intervention.

Relax all these areas.

Then quietly,

At your own pace,

Move to your legs,

From thighs to calves through the knees.

The back of the knees.

Notice the points of contact behind the knee,

The ankles.

And you can quietly visualize soothing waves traveling through your legs,

Releasing all tension with gentleness and kindness.

Then focus your attention on the lower back,

The lumbar region.

Move up along the spine,

Relaxing all the surrounding muscles.

And quietly return to the back of the shoulders,

The face.

Finally,

I invite you to become aware of each part of your body surrendering to its own weight.

Take a deep breath.

And as you exhale,

Let your head surrender to its own weight.

Proceed the same way with your arms.

Breathe in and breathe out,

Letting your arms completely surrender to their own weight.

Proceed the same way for your legs.

Breathe deeply.

Release all residual tension in your legs by letting them surrender to their own weight.

Proceed the same way for your chest,

Back.

Breathe in and out,

Releasing all residual tension in your chest and back,

Which now rests relaxed and soothed.

Take this time to relax and center yourself.

Remembering that you are safe and surrounded by love and compassion.

Now I invite you to imagine on your inner screen a lush garden dotted with colorful flowers,

Majestic trees,

And winding paths.

A mysterious and intriguing atmosphere envelops this place.

Take time to imagine yourself.

Take time to absorb the ambiance,

To explore this garden through your five senses,

To perceive the intoxicating scents of flowers and the freshness of the air.

As you progress,

You notice that the light bathing the garden has a singular green hue.

It seems to permeate every corner of the garden,

Giving it an enchanting aura.

Welcome this light.

This green light into you.

Feel its presence with each breath like a kind of pulsation or waves of soothing energy.

Let this light envelope you,

Gradually pushing back resentment and opening your heart.

You feel this light already within you.

Connecting you to the entire universe.

As you explore the garden further,

You notice the person you wish to forgive.

Surprise overtakes you,

But the green light continues to soothe you.

You approach each other,

And under the benevolent influence of the green light,

Negative emotions seem to fade,

Allowing for a detached and peaceful exchange.

Not far from you is a bench,

And you both decide to sit down.

A sincere and open conversation begins between you and this person,

And thanks to the connection of the green light,

Each person expresses themselves calmly,

Is heard and understood.

Words and emotions are shared,

And you feel increasingly freed from the burden of resentment.

Nearby,

You notice a magnificent and radiant flower that attracts you.

You accept it,

Offer it to the person you wish to forgive.

At the moment this person accepts the flower,

A dazzling light envelops both of you.

Symbolizing the sincere and deep forgiveness you grant them.

Feel the forgiveness pulsing throughout all your cells.

The green light expanding your heart more and more,

Making room for love and healing.

By offering the flower illuminated by divine light,

A chapter closes.

Finally,

New perspectives emerge on the horizon,

Opening the way to new possibilities.

You feel a deep sensation of freedom,

Now that forgiveness has been granted.

The chapter is closed.

Feel this green light that continues to vibrate within you,

Approach this door slowly,
