Transcript

As you sit or lie comfortably,

Begin to release the weight of your entire body into the support of the ground beneath you.

Start by taking in three deep breaths in through your nose and out through your mouth.

As you bring your focus to your breath,

Pay attention to how your lungs expand and contract when you inhale and exhale.

Allow your breath to flow naturally.

At any point if you feel tension within the body,

Remind yourself you are only observing it.

You will be using your breath to clear the pathways towards connecting with your higher self to receive the guidance that you need at this exact moment.

When you reach a point of tension within the body,

Inhale and breathe into the area while releasing the tension with your exhale.

Begin by relaxing your toes,

Next your ankles,

And now moving up towards your calves.

Feel the relaxation moving up your entire body as it reaches your knees,

Your thighs,

And your hips,

Allowing all tension from the body to melt away with each exhale.

Relax your back,

Your stomach,

And your chest.

Relax your shoulders,

Your arms,

And your fingers.

Feel the relaxation of your entire body as you are sinking deeper and deeper into a state of pure awareness.

Feeling the sensation of weightlessness and relaxation moving up your body,

Reaching your neck,

Your jaw,

And your face.

Inhale breathing in new life into your body,

And as you exhale,

Observe how it completely fades away,

Sinking deeper and deeper into oneness with each breath.

Take another breath in,

And when you exhale,

Feel yourself letting go of any worries.

Notice how light you are becoming at this very moment.

You are greeted with a bright light and gentle wave of relaxation sweeps over you as you continue to focus on each breath.

Eight.

With each breath,

You are open to receive guidance through thoughts,

Feelings,

And sensations.

Seven.

These feelings and sensations bring comfort,

Oneness,

And clarity.

Six.

You are filled with light energy as colors brightly begin to swirl within your mind.

Five.

Stay with your breath and allow these colors to take shape.

As they create and shift into messages,

Symbols,

And guidance.

Three.

Breathing effortlessly as you continue to observe.

Two.

Allowing yourself a few moments to simply be one with the universe.

Four.

You you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you you the time has come to return to your physical body one you understand and remember all you have experienced today two you feel fully and completely one with the universe three strengthened by the guidance granted within this experience four inhale slowly five exhale slowly six becoming more and more aware seven maintaining clarity and calmness eight gaining second sight of absolute truth and oneness nine when you are ready open your eyes ten you you
