As you sit or lay comfortably,
Begin to release any and all tension into the ground beneath you.
There is no wrong way to meditate.
Whatever comes to mind,
Allow it to flow through you.
It's time to leave all your worries or concerns and allow yourself to relax and be in the moment.
Allow your breath to flow effortlessly.
We're going to tell your body to relax.
Relaxing your legs,
Your stomach,
Your shoulders.
Relax your fingers.
Allow your body to soften into its natural position.
Take a deep cleansing breath in and exhale.
Your breathing has now fallen into its own natural rhythm.
And you are now becoming the observer.
Now I want you to bring your attention to the base of your spine.
Imagine a lovely little red light swirling like a whirlpool.
Notice how it feels and how it looks.
What speed is it swirling at?
Does it feel fast or slow?
Now I want you to take your attention,
Bringing it back to your breathing.
And I want you to take a deep breath in and breathe life into this red light at the base of your spine.
With every breath in,
Pull in more fresh red light,
Allowing it to fill your root chakra.
This ball of energy brings you health,
Safety,
Security,
And strength.
Let the red light fill your entire body,
Spreading down to your toes,
Empowering you with the earth's energy.
You are strong.
You are safe.
And you are connected.
Now we're going to take a deep breath in,
Breathing in all of this earth energy.
And as we exhale,
We are breathing out the old.
Breathing in security and breathing out fear.
Breathing in confidence and breathing out fear.
You are safe.
You are secure.
You are connected.
Now I want you to bring your attention to the red light again,
As it functions in perfect alignment.
Repeat to yourself,
I am balanced.
I am safe.
All my needs are taken care of.
Bringing your awareness back to your toes,
To your stomach,
Your shoulders,
And your fingers.
Becoming aware of the room you are sitting in and the sounds outside.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
