As you sit or lie comfortably,
Begin to release the weight of your entire body into the ground beneath you.
Remember,
There is no wrong way to meditate.
Allow whatever thoughts or images that come to mind to flow through you.
Now is the time you have dedicated to yourself to leave all worries and concerns behind.
Allowing yourself to relax and be in the moment.
Allow your breath to flow effortlessly as we tell your body to relax.
Starting with your toes,
Your calves,
Your stomach,
And your shoulders.
Relaxing your fingers,
Your neck,
And your jaw.
Allow your body to soften into its natural position.
Your breathing has now fallen into its own natural rhythm as you become the observer.
Now I want you to bring your attention to your throat chakra.
Imagine a lovely,
Bright,
Blue ball of energy swirling like a whirlpool.
Make notice how it feels and how it looks and how fast or slow it might be spinning.
Now we're going to bring our attention back to our breath.
Taking a deep breath in and as we exhale we are breathing life into this bright,
Blue throat chakra.
This energy center holds your communication,
Your expression,
And your truth.
Allow this bright,
Blue light to fill your entire body,
Empowering your way of expressing yourself to the world.
You are calm,
You are well spoken,
And you speak your truth.
Now we're going to take another deep breath in and as we breathe into the throat chakra we are breathing out the old and making way for the new.
Bring your attention back to this bright,
Blue light,
Noticing how it spins in perfect alignment.
Take a moment here to behold the way you express yourself to the world.
Now we are going to bring our awareness back to our physical body.
Becoming fully aware of the room we are in.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
And now we are going to take a deep breath in and as we breathe into the throat chakra
