Begin by relaxing your feet,
Your legs,
And your hips.
Allowing this relaxation to bring you deeper and deeper into a state of awareness.
Relax your stomach,
Your chest,
And now your shoulders.
Embrace this feeling of weightlessness as burdens and thoughts melt away completely.
Continue to move this relaxation to your neck,
Your jaw,
And your face.
Falling deeper and deeper into oneness and universal consciousness.
Your entire being is now totally and completely freed from any physical limitations.
Your breathing is rhythmic and effortless as you have entered a serene state of awareness.

And as you exhale,
