We’ll begin with a grounding breathwork, guiding you into deep relaxation. Through a gentle visualisation, the moon’s silvery light will wash over you, clearing away tension and stagnant energy while infusing you with calm and clarity. This practice includes Qi energy clearing to release blockages and restore your natural flow, creating space for healing and self-connection. Perfect for any moon phase, this meditation is a beautiful way to relax, renew, and reconnect with your inner light.

Breathing in and just breathing out.

Just allow your body to breathe naturally.

No need to force the breath.

Let's just witness where our breath is.

Where are you holding your breath?

Where is your breath flowing?

Do you feel like you're holding it up in your chest area?

Are you feeling your breath down in your belly?

Sometimes I find,

Especially if I'm feeling a bit anxious,

That I struggle to even connect with my breath.

I'm like,

Oh,

Am I actually breathing?

So just witnessing your breath and where it's at,

Coming into your body,

Connecting with your body.

And again,

Sometimes when we're going through times of stress or trauma,

We can disconnect from our body.

So we're just offering our breath to connect with our body,

With your body.

And maybe placing your hands over your tummy if that feels comfortable for you.

If that's not comfortable for you,

Then place them wherever you wish.

It's your body,

It's your hands.

I'm just offering suggestions.

Just below the belly button is a really powerful point.

This is known as our lower dantien.

This is a powerful energy point here.

This also links in with your sacral chakra,

With your solar plexus,

That whole area there.

Just feeling your hands wherever they are,

Feeling them connecting to your body.

Do your hands feel warm?

Maybe they're cold.

Feeling your feet on the earth or underneath you if you're sitting cross-legged.

Just feeling your feet connected to the surface that's underneath you.

And just again,

Witnessing your breath.

And let's take a moment to visualize the moon in your mind's eye,

In your mind's eye.

The way that it's illuminated.

And knowing that we are part of everything,

We're part of the cosmos.

So we are part of the moon,

The moon is part of us.

So let's connect ourselves to that lunar energy,

The beautiful yin energy of the moon.

And ask the moon here to enlighten us,

To illuminate what we need to see in our lives right now.

Please show us,

Guide us.

Let's ask for that illumination.

What things have been hidden in the shadows for you?

Bringing them to the light.

On your next breath in,

As you breathe in,

Visualize a beautiful color.

Whatever color comes to you intuitively.

As you breathe out,

Visualize a color that needs to leave your energy field.

A color that needs to leave your energy,

Your body.

You don't need to overthink this.

Just visualize whatever color you need to let go of right now.

And if you haven't got a color,

That's also okay.

Just imagine that energy leaving.

And let it go.

Now visualizing the crown of your head opening up like a beautiful lotus flower.

As the crown of your head opens,

Visualize the beautiful rays of the moon coming down through the crown of your head,

All the way through your body,

Filling up every cell of your body.

And these beautiful rays of the moon are coming down through every cell of your body.

And these beautiful rays are going to clear any energy that is no longer serving you.

And you can see that energy leaving from the soles of your feet and from every cell of your body.

Going out through the soles of your feet,

Deep,

Deep down into the earth.

All the way through the core of the earth,

The crystal caverns,

The sacred waters.

All the way down,

Connecting us to the sacred roots of all the beautiful sacred trees,

Grounding us,

Rooting us.

And I ask for all cords to be cut that are no longer serving us.

Give back any energy to us that has been taken.

This is our divine right,

Our divine will.

And cut those cords that are no longer serving us.

Those cords of energy,

Those threads of energy.

Letting go of any attachments,

Just breathing through this process.

Letting go of any attachments.

Beautiful.

And just bringing your hands to your heart if that's comfortable for you.

And gently opening your eyes.

And let's say a few sounds for the heart,

Which is as we breathe in,

Breathe in.

As we breathe out,

It's,

Ah.

I like to think of it as sinking down into a beautiful cove,

Into a beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Beautiful,

Cozy chair with a nice mug of hot chocolate after a lovely long walk on a cold day.

That feeling where you just go,

Ah.

Breathing in that beautiful light,

Those beautiful colors,

And then just sighing out whatever you need to release.

Do that a couple more times.

Giving a little bow to yourself as well for being here today,

For your soul's journey.
