Allowing yourself to really be here in this moment,
Arriving in this space,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
Allowing your shoulders to relax,
Your jaw to relax,
Allowing your body to sink into the ground or the chair or the surface beneath you,
Trusting that it will hold you,
Knowing you are safe,
You're held and you're supported.
In front of you,
You see a beautiful tree,
The most beautiful tree you've ever seen before.
Go and connect with the tree in whichever way feels right for you.
Maybe you want to lean against the tree,
Maybe you want to hug the tree,
Maybe you want to climb inside,
Maybe you want to connect deep with the roots.
Allowing yourself this time of stillness,
Of connection,
The beauty of nature,
A sacred connection with the tree,
With Mother Earth,
With Gaia,
With all of the elements,
Of earth,
Of air,
Of fire,
Of water.
Allowing yourself to just be,
Just be in this moment,
Just be with your breath,
With your body,
With your soul.
Allow that energy that leaves your lungs to release any stagnant energy that's no longer serving you.
As you breathe out,
Just visualize releasing that energy,
Letting it go,
Allowing the earth and the tree to absorb it.
As you breathe in,
Breathing in the beautiful clear air that surrounds the tree,
The purified air.
Breathing that into your lungs,
Into your body,
That newness,
The stillness.
Taking a moment now to ask your soul for any messages.
What is it that your soul wants to communicate with you in this moment now?
This message can be given to you in a feeling,
Maybe a thought,
Maybe a sensation.
Just trust in what you receive.
Taking some time now to thank the tree for its wisdom,
For its strength,
Or any way that it's helped you today.
Thanking Mother Earth,
Mother Gaya,
For holding you and supporting you.
Giving gratitude to the elements of earth,
Air,
Fire,
And water,
For the support of the earth,
For the life,
For the breath of air,
For the transformational energy of fire,
And for the power of the energy of water,
Reminding us of flow.
Taking another nice long breath in,
And out.
Gently feeling yourself coming back to your space,
Coming back to the here and now.
Just gently rolling your shoulders,
Maybe having a little shake.
Gently tapping your head with your fingertips.
Giving a little bow to yourself.
