Life can be a lot.
And right now.
It feels.
Like a considerable amount.
Maybe even like you're overwhelmed.
But listen to these words.
Really listen to the sentence that I'm about to say.
You don't have to figure it out right now.
You don't have to know the answer.
You don't have to have a plan.
You don't have to be okay.
You don't have to be.
Anything.
Just allow yourself to be here.
What I'd like you to do right now is to simply close your eyes.
You'll take a deep breath in and out.
And as you breathe in,
I want you to literally raise your shoulders up as high as you possibly can,
Almost touching your ears.
Hold your breath and hold your shoulders there.
And then exhale and let everything drop.
Let's do that together again.
Inhale.
And hold.
And exhale.
And for the next three minutes.
Allow yourself to be here Allow yourself to begin to come back to here,
To the now.
The past,
Of the future But right now.
To the right now the sound of my voice.
The words that you're hearing.
And I want us to start.
By you simply taking a breath.
Not a perfect breath.
Just a breath.
However you want it to be.
Take another breath.
Hananava.
And if you're not able to close your eyes.
Just allow yourself to look gently.
At a single point.
Through this practice.
And now place both feet.
Flat.
On the floor,
On the ground,
On the earth,
On the carpet.
If you're walking,
Just stop.
And feel the ground beneath you.
Feel it really feel the ground holding you been doing this for the whole time.
Throughout everything that's gotten you here.
The earth has been holding you or place one hand on your belly.
I place the other one on top of that hand.
And feel it move.
And out.
And out.
That movement.
Is life.
That is your body.
Doing.
What it's meant to do.
Even now,
Even in the present.
This.
It's doing what it's supposed to be doing.
The present moment.
And know that you don't have to solve everything today You don't have to.

You don't have to be strong right now.
You don't have to stop crying.
Stop feeling guilty.
I don't have to.
Give yourself permission.
To be exactly.
