Explore MeditationPhoto credit Tia G. Through mindfulness and oral storytelling, Stephanie helps folks connect with their own voice. They believe that practice makes improvement. Meditation practice found Stephanie in 2016 when a friend recommended "Wherever You Go, There You Are" by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Since September of that year, Stephanie has maintained a daily meditation practice and joined Insight Timer on September 5, 2017. In 2022, Stephanie registered for online training to certify as a Mindfulness Meditation Teacher. Progress continues with this course with current energies strongly devoted to maintaining a regular daily practice. Stephanie is committed to practicing Mindfulness Meditation each day for 30 to 40 minutes. On November 24, 2025, Stephanie became a teacher on Insight Timer. As an Oral Storyteller, Stephanie facilitates workshops for folks interested in learning more about how to tell a story aloud from the heart without reading from text. In these workshops, Stephanie offers guided meditation opportunities for participants to explore the world of a chosen story through many senses.
