Meditators gathering to connect Ontario, Canada 🇨🇦 to the world. Welcome. Gather in the circle with other meditators to connect Ontario, Canada to the world. Each morning our primary live group meditation gathers for 11 to 15 minutes at 7 am Eastern time. At 8 am Eastern time those whose morning begins later gather for a 5 to 10 minute selection. Playlists for these selections are posted biweekly in the FEED. One of the other goals of this circle is to generate conversation around meditation and related topics. With this aim in mind, conversation starters will often be posted. Please feel free to join the conversation and read what others have shared. Heartfelt appreciation goes out to you every time you are vulnerable, every time you open yourself up and share with us your thoughts, ideas and way of life; also whenever you take the time and vulnerability to read and be open to what others have shared.
